Just got a new phone with the help of Bernardo the store manager. He was super helpful and very pleasant and professional to work with. Loved the customer service to get us more than what we expected with lowering our monthly payment!

My main concern is about getting my old phone number transferred to you. Anthony helped by explaining how to rectify my situation. The 2 ladies working were very kind and patience with me. Overall I had a very good experience.

Patty has outstanding customer service. She was the only employee in the store at that time. She greeted every customer that walked in the store and acknowledged them. Some older customers in the store were making it known how disgruntled they were with the wait time which is not her fault. Customers need a little more patience. Patty was truly awesome. There 2 1/2 hours trading out and older phone and assisted others in between. Patty was awesome. I have no complaints what so ever.

Rene helped me in buying a new phone and transferring all the information from my previous phone that stopped working. Rene is very knowledgeable,professional and very nice and helpful. Rene is a great asset for Verizon.

My phone was taken, but Verizon made it so easy to replace! All my information was retrieved, thank goodness. I did not have insurance on it, then ended up paying $20 less per month. Amazing!!
PS: I have insurance on my new phone now…
