I'll start this off by saying Verizon overall cs has not been great. However, Bernardo at the GV store has come through every time and goes above and beyond. In an era where cs has been going by the wayside, Bernardo shines as a beacon of light that not all has been lost, 5 stars for him. Probably should get a promotion to manager ?

EXCELLENT experience! I am grateful for the entire team at this location. I've had unique needs/situations in the last year to prepare for "on the road" internet and phone coverage.....at an affordable price for my ministry.Bernardo & Cole were SO MUCH HELP.....they were knowledgeable, personable and patient throughout the whole process. When needed, the management team of Gabby & Luis stepped up to the plate to assist!I was blessed to work with this 5-STAR Team!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Needed a screen protector. Was greeted and taken care of promptly. The sales person tried several until he found one that worked. He added the screen protector to my phone a0nd then advised it was $70. He said thats what they cost. Amazon under$20.

Was greeted right when I walked in. 30 minutes later and after four other people walked in did they check me in. Waited another 20 minutes until finally asked what brought me in. When saying I wanted to upgrade, I was immediately advised that they didn’t have phones in stock and would have to be ordered. Didn’t offer to check in the back, when the app said that the phone I was looking for was available. Brief questions would have quickly solved for what I was looking for instead of waiting in the lobby wasting my time. Horrible service.

Fast friendly helpful service, was just upgrading from an old iPhone to the latest and greatest. They helped us do the backup to move everything from the old to the new and activate it.

This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with any wireless phone carrier for the last 20 years. I was told Luis was the assistant manager and he was unable to fix a problem that occurred there at the store, was very rude, and was more concerned about it being 7 pm and me leaving then trying to get my problem fixed. I drove 5 min down the street to the other Verizon on continental and Pablo was amazing help, he called his manager who was also extremely helpful and they got my issue resolved, something Luis told me wasn’t possible. I will never go back to this location and make sure everyone I know knows what horrible customer service this location has.
