This pharmacy is a complete joke. They screw up on a consistent basis and give attitude when they do. There is never enough staff and you will wait for a long time before you get to the front of the line when they tell you your prescriptions aren't ready after they called and said they were. This place should be shut down.

The ox is slow but the earth is patient. Unfortunately YOUR TIME is of little to no concern to the pharmacist and the pharmacy staff. This indifference is on full display daily at Walgreens.
I wasn't expecting perfection, but your best effort would have been refreshingly nice.

Very rude pharmacy staff, they leave you on hold for an extended period of time, without picking up, without having the courtesy of picking up briefly and saying we'll be right with you. And when they finally do pick up, it's like you're bothering the hell of their day. It's sad that if you don't like to work with the general public and healthcare what are you doing there? Call and you'll see, they'll take forever to answer your phone call for even to check if your have a simple medication...I needed to check to see if they had a medication for my son that all other Walgreens were out of, and all other Walgreens were so nice and courteous except this one.

If you want to wait and wait and for your prescription that was ready and had already been paid for, look no further than the Walgreens on Continental in Green Valley AZ. And as a bonus, you will be treated to bullying by incompetent staff with no manager to curb their combative style. In addition, the technical glitches and intricacies Walgreen's online ordering and payment system are exacerbated by lack of internet access inside their store and staff that don't know the first thing about this. Beware of EVER paying online for your medications at this location, as mine were held captive by the pirates at this pharmacy.

I used to go to Wal Mart but my insurance preferred pharmacy was Walgreens. I have had trouble with this one from day one. Sure, my meds are cheaper but getting them filled when they're supposed to be, and worse actually getting someone one the phone makes me wonder if it's really worth it. Then today, holding on the phone for 15 min with automated voice saying I had 1 caller ahead of me, so I finally hung up and called back, only to be told that the pharmacy was temporarily closed! I'M GOING BACK TO WALL MART!
