I've had a prescription sitting in the progress stage for two or three days and I can't get anybody to answer the phone and tell me what the problem is. Their prescription department is just kept getting worse and worse over the last few years and I've been doing business with them for 20 years.

My son needed a passport for an upcoming high school trip, and we went to Walgreens to have his passport photo taken. It took about 15 minutes and cost ~$18. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend coming here for photo needs.

Always ready to assist. I appreciate the staff at this Walgreens. Our prescriptions are always communicated with regard to delay, etc. Thank you!

Constant issues. Unfriendly. Slow. Never have prescriptions ready when they say. Worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with.

The pharmacy at this location is incompetent. Twice they have told me they would need to order my medicine. One was an epi pen (you can't wait for that) and the 2nd time was antibiotics for my son. Both times when I got out of the drive thru and went inside to question them about this they were able to fill the prescriptions. The staff is not trained properly and the pharmacist has no desire to help. So sad and frustrating.

The pharmacy is incompetent and have no problem shorting you of a product. Also they expect you to drive 40 miles for their mistake!

Horrible we got stuck with Walgreen express scripts gave them the tricare contract. Walmart pharmacy did a great job. You could die waiting on hold. Called for 3 prescriptions faxed over 4 hours ago..have been on hold for 30 minutes this time. They are disorganized to say the least. What a waste. Get your act together. NOT RECOMMENDED. Additionally after spending an hour on the phone I called the corporate office, and that was a joke. Oh, I must let you know after my 3rd phone call they claim they don’t know where the prescriptions for oral surgery are . Terrible service, inefficient , and totally disorganized. UPDATE. had several prescriptions on auto-fill. I received a message there was a problem with my insurance. I call the insurance and they said the claim had not been submitted, and there was no problem at all. Made multiple calls to this Walgreens over a 3 hour time frame, finally got in touch with the pharmacist and she said the insurance company processing was down..I confirmed that was not true. To make a long story short this nasty woman told me to go get my prescriptions refilled somewhere else and slammed down the phone. I had three that were ready for pick up, and these two that had never been filled. I checked my prescriptions, and this woman had cancelled all of them. Honestly if you have any other place to fill your prescriptions, do not use this store. They are a mess, disorganized, and lie.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. This pharmacy had a prescription to be transferred and fill for 4 days. In the end instead of calling Right Aid in Michigan to transfer and fill the prescription they called the doctors office on a Sunday. The box showed 10 available with 2 refills. The pharmacy wrote that it had no refills. This pharmacy either has very lazy or very stupid people working there. Just plain bad place to take a prescription. In my opinion 2 1/5 stars is overrating this pharmacy

The pharmacy is awful. They make mistakes on quantities of pills and prices and are rude when you question them. They don't know what OTC products they have only 10 feet away from the rx counter.
