Not a place to go for prescription! No staff, they don't have enough meds on hand to fill your 30 day request. So they will give you 15 day supply and come back and stand for 45 minutes. To get the rest of your script. Some people in line it was there 3rd time there that day. no wonder Walgreens is closing so many stores. The staff is great! Walgreens exitives need to know people have other options. I will never get meds there again

I quit the original Walgreens on Esperanza that I used for many years because of the same issues as the poster before me.Now I m finding these same issues at the Walgreens on Continental! I'm certainly NOT going to put up with them for as long as I did the Esperanza walgreens.I'm going to call the CORPORATE OFFICE and lodge my complaints with them.

The pharmacy employees are generally polite and helpful when I visit. Evonne, the pharmacist who assisted me today, was sweet and attentive to be sure everything in my drive-thru order was accurate. The pharmacy team I’ve interacted with works swiftly and is extremely accurate. I don’t have any complaints and I prefer this pharmacy to the one nearest to my home. Well worth the drive for good service!

If you want to wait and wait and for your prescription that was ready and had already been paid for, look no further than the Walgreens on Continental in Green Valley AZ. And as a bonus, you will be treated to bullying by incompetent staff with no manager to curb their combative style.In addition the technical glitches and intricacies Walgreen's online ordering and payment system are exacerbated by lack of internet access inside their store. Beware of EVER paying online for your medications at this location, as mine were held captive by the pirates at this pharmacy.

The pharmacist lied to me and told me it was "against the law" to disclose whether or not they had a particular medication in stock...there is no such law...apallling

12282022 My experience here today was much like most of my experience at this continental Walgreens. Absolutely fabulousToday in the photo center. Chrissy made every effort to get the photos that I needed to come out perfect. She went above and beyond at other times. The beauty consultant has assisted me when I had an issue with my nails and was able to get me back to where I needed to be. And of course the cashier at the front is always spot on. She multitask she looks ahead. She's thorough and she's fast and friendly. I go out of my way to get to this Walgreens. Thank you for being there and doing such a great job where the area of customer service is lacking at so many establishments.

After waiting 30 minutes on hold to talk to the pharmacy I was hung up on before I could ask my question. I have been using this pharmacy for several years and have had several issues, including filling prescriptions that I had clearly requested not be filled, being lied to by pharmacy tech regarding contact by the doctor's office and now this. Very disappointing customer service.

My wife had to wait two hours for an in person prescription drop off for a pain medication that was in stock. No preference for customers there now. Really poor customer service. Walgreens needs to re-evaluate their customer service.

The store itself is quite good but the pharmacy is a total disaster!I receive calls my prescriptions are ready and drive up from Tubac to find that they are filled yet. I fill a new prescription and consults with the pharmacy and I am told what the diagnosis for the prescription is - not what the warnings are - imagine you have an embarrassing malady and the pharmacist announces what it is! Firstly it is improper and not at all helpful! I drop off a prescription and am told it would be ready in 20 minutes and watch customer after customer have sharp words with the desk about yet another screw up! After 20 minutes I go up to the desk and am told that the prescription have not been submitted yet. I ask to have prescriptions fill automatically and find they haven’t been set up. I have had prescriptions not filled or refilled without my ok - the place is a disaster !!!

Went there for our second Covid 19 booster. They are suffering from the employee shortage. Best to make an appointment online to get a time. The technician was great who administered the vaccine. The do have gift cards, but there warning about fraud and abuse has a lot to be desired. The type fa e is small, and that is not very helpful to a senior clientele.

They've always had great service and are always well organized. Though they may not be over stocked like their competition, it's the customer service you get when you do, do business with them. CVS is a nightmare to deal with especially when it comes to don v RX's with them.

My wife just left this Walgreens attempting to get her pneumonia vaccination for which she had an appointment. The pharmacist and one of the staff were arguing loudly about my wife's insurance. Her insurance is Blue Cross/Blue Shield. The clerk insisted that there was no insurance company by that name in their system! Nancy pointed to her insurance card with the Arizona address. After more bickering by the staff, my wife got her card back and left. Going to NEVER set foot in that place again.

Bathrooms are filthy and need serious updating. Computer software desperately needs upgrading. Lack of functional on site management.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY! I have been using this pharmacy since October 2020, they are horrible. I have to constantly make trips into town just to get refills. Today I went there at 1 pm, they said it wasn't ready and to come back after 2 and it would be done. Went back at 6pm and it still wasn't done but if I waited 15 minutes they would fill it. Strange considering they wouldn't do that while I was there earlier. It's like this every month, go somewhere else where they have some respect for your time and money. This is the last time I will ever go here considering I could have drove to a pharmacy in Tucson and not have wasted so much time.
