Waiting in line at the Old Nogales Highway location. Three people ahead of me. Finally made it to the window at 1327. They just put a sign out saying closed from 1330-1400 for a break. You couldn't service the last customer in line? Literally no one behind me. So incredibly rude.

I have low expectations for Walgreens anyway but this one is particularly bad. The employee in photos & their kiosk made no mention that photo orders would take an hour to complete. It’s 2023 - everywhere else prints 4x6 photos on the spot. When we asked the employee if she could print the pictures she said we’d need to come back an hour later and then stood around messing with her phone. Zero desire to help the customer or provide a good experience. Save time and go elsewhere.

The pharmacy is run by Nazis. Horrible, rude and insufferable. Meds never in stock. Always an issue getting meds filled. The staff delays everything and will hang up on you if you are perceived as annoying.

incompetent. won’t let me pick my prescriptions up and have been given a different excuse every time (from “we go on lunch soon” when it was an hour before that to “we can’t let you pay until your insurance sends a denial to your doctors office” to flat out “you can’t pick it up yet” when they literally have it in hand!!) . have never had this happen where i’m turned away after offering to pay cash; not even at another walgreens. i’ve never had to wait (at all but definitely not) more than a week to pay cash for a prescription. this is the closest pharmacy to me but at this point i just have to transfer elsewhere.

This one of the worst Walgreens that I have visited. The pharmacy is super slow and there are often error with the system. The employees are nice and apparently over worked with the type of lines I have been in - they need better time management or new leadership

Bad experience more times than I can count! Phone is bad, they're always having some kind of problems that make them have to close! Don't use this pharmacy!

Always ready to assist. I appreciate the staff at this Walgreens. Our prescriptions are always communicated with regard to delay, etc. Thank you!

Constant issues. Unfriendly. Slow. Never have prescriptions ready when they say. Worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with.

Waited over a week for a prescription. Was told numerous times it was coming from Phoenix. My last call they said to call around to locate somewhere else. You should have told me that a week ago. Try to be reasonable with staff shortages however no one took the time to resolve issue. You earned this single star

The pharmacy at this location is incompetent. Twice they have told me they would need to order my medicine. One was an epi pen (you can't wait for that) and the 2nd time was antibiotics for my son. Both times when I got out of the drive thru and went inside to question them about this they were able to fill the prescriptions. The staff is not trained properly and the pharmacist has no desire to help. So sad and frustrating.

The pharmacy is the worst! We go for a while getting refills on time with the text notifications, then for NO REASON, when we go to pick up only one of two is ready. Then we made a special trip to update to a new insurance plan and I specifically asked if everything would be ok. I was assured it would. Well, we did not get the text notification to do a refill, so I did it over the phone. Then today, I get a text that one prescription is ready and the other needs insurance verification. When I called, they DID NOT HAVE THE NEW INSURANCE ON FILE. So how did one prescription get filled, but the other one not?????? I am so frustrated with this pharmacy!!! We went for quite a while with no problems and now we have problems with almost every prescription. I don't know what changed but I wish they would get their act together!!!

I have been a client since 1973 but no more enough bad service on numerous occasions they said there was no refills when there were refills me driving to see a doctor in Tucson about prescription only to be told by doctor he sent prescription to Walgreens but they messed up and sometimes they ran out of prescription I am now with Walmart and happy lots of luck to Walgreens
