At the risk of a gem becoming overcrowded, this is an exceptional park. It's peaceful, and the activities, staff and long-term campers are so welcoming of everyone - it feels more like a family campout we can't wait to return to.

I had a great time shopping in their gas station, they have everything you might need camping or hiking, but forgot at home, including a sit down restaurant and white picket fence...

This is the nicest and cleanest National Forest campground I've ever been to and the camp host Rodney is the best. Toilets were immaculate.
