Keep driving if you can. Ordered load range g tires, got a set of load range g tires, at double the price of the big box store. Was told one price on the phone, charged a different price in person.

Al and his shop went above and beyond to take care of my husband who was stranded in Heber with a flat tire! We are so unbelievably grateful. It is a great thing when an unexpected flat tire turns into a fantastic experience. Great customer service still exists!

If I could give zero stars I would my tire and spare tire blew on that terrible road and then I got my car towed 4 miles for almost 300 then this guy charges me 360 for a used tire!! and refused to give me a receipt and didn't take cards in sundays apparently made me go to the atm to pull the cash out and leave my kids as collateral this guys rips you off do not go here!!!!!

Absolutely amazing service. Hit a dumby fat pothole and destroyed one of our rims and thought the trip was toast. But homeboy was there on a Sunday and made our tire his child and beat that thing in place in like 10 minutes. I'd gladly put my life in Herber the Tire Shops hands at any point ever again. Also only tire shop open in the entire state on a Sunday, which shows that for Herber Tire shop the grind never stops which I respect.

Tried to go here today (11-20-22) and they opened at 10am. The guy said he wouldn't be there until 11am, we get there and he says come back in 30 minutes as his lines are frozen. Unprofessional.

I understand experiences at this type of place are wildly different but in my case Al was super helpful and made what would've been a troublesome camping trip into a success. Stayed late and quickly switched out two blown tires onto the rims for us.

Al went out of his way to make sure that I could get back on the road safely. He was kind and fixed up 3 tires for my Class A motorhome. I bought one new tire from him and we found out that 2 more were bad. He plugged one and gave me an old tire to get me by since I only had 20.00 left he didnt charge me. He said im not going to take your last 20.00.Also I was waiting across the street for my new tire to get delivered and I have to tell you that Al worked non stop the whole day not even a lunch break. This man has a bad knee and still works hard every day. I am amazed! Thank you Al! Im going back to get another new tire on payday. Maybe two new tires. I would rather go to a local small business and help keep them in business since you get more personal service then the big tire shops.

I ran into an issue with some trailer tires when I drove up from the valley. Fortunately was able to limp the trailer here to the tire shop for some professional help. Al had both tires changed out in about 20-30 minutes and helped with a few other things. I'm thankful that even though it's a small town, we can still get urgent & necessary service.
