ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE ON SATURDAY THEY SEND ALL PACKAGES BACK WITHOUT P.O.BOX #'S PER E MAIL STAND IN LINE MONDAY MORNING at 8.30 TO BE TOLD IT GOT SENT BACK WHEN THEY ARE NOT EVEN OPEN? NOW THEYRE STEALING MAIL THEY STOLE MY PISTOL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES WAS TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT TWO WEEKS TO FILE A CLAIM TO TRY AND RECOUP HALF OF SEVERAL HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!!!! SO IF YOUR SHIPPING TO OVERGAARD BUY TONS OF INSURANCE!!!

This post office is terrible. They return all your packages if your PO Box not listed because they are too lazy to look up your address. Absolutely horrible customer service for a federal government entity.

Post office keeps returning my Amazon packages even though the POB is clearly listed. When asked why, I was very rudely told they don’t have enough people and they cannot hire anyone so they don’t have time to look at labels. So I guess we can’t order anything because they can’t handle the job. And Overgaard is such a HUGE town. Good thing these guys don’t work at a real post office in Tempe or Mesa, etc., don’t think that excuse would fly. Maybe more time working and less time complaining, or if you are that unhappy with your job, find a new one and don’t take out your frustrations on the community that YOU have chosen to serve. By the way, when they decide to return my prescriptions that I get through the mail, would that be considered an issue?

Give yourself a little extra time. Some staff seem a bit more stressed than others, but overall, everyone is very kind and helpful.

99.9% of the time, this place and the folks that work here are great. But, if a package you are expecting gets lost or given to the wrong person, the post master will put all the blame on YOU. Luckily, I was able to get a refund on an Amazon order that I never received. Maybe aliens have my package, because I sure don't.???
