I just got my decorative front screen door that Custom Iron Arts installed. I love it! They did a stellar job on it. I wanted the design to match the gates on my fences (which were on the house when I purchased it, come to find out they had done the gates so they already had the momma quail with babies and the design that was on the top and bottom) their prices were reasonable, they delivered the door, took off my old one and installed the new one...and keyed the locks to my other doors. Brandon is very helpful and nice to do business with. Would I use them again?? You bet!!! in fact when I can afford it I will no doubt get them to make me a new custom mailbox.

Thank you for once again providing me with a great looking security window cover. Brandon told me when he did my estimate, that it would be a couple of months or so, for my item to get done. It is definitely worth waiting for, and thanks to Art, and Albert for the installation done perfectly. I will get more projects done, when he gets caught up on some of his other work. I was a returned customer, but very unhappy I spoke to owner may 12 who gave a verbal estimate on a repair of RV gate. I had to complete the wall project before he would take gate, on 13 the job was compete. On the 17 of May I was told he would send some one to Pick up the gate I waited to the 31th but no one showed up. Called Hitching Post they came next day took gate and will complete repair 2 days.

NIGHTMARE! After paying $800 for a job that was quoted half a day, everything was done WRONG and the car had to be returned twice. System was installed so close to steering components that the car would no longer steer. To add insult to injury, Iron Arts, damaged my complete clutch system on my car while it was on the rack. Nobody even told me that there was a problem with the steering system, I had to find out the hard way. Along with the terrible and unprofessional attitude that Iron Arts gave me and my mechanic, I believe they purposely damaged my car when it was returned to correct their mistakes. STAY AWAY from Iron Arts. They are liars, crooks, thieves, and scam artists. They were willing enough to take my money but not do the job correctly and caused additional damage and cost.

I broke an arcade chair and needed someone to weld it for me. These guys took me right in, fixed my item better than it ever was before and charged a fair price. Would absolutely recommend for any welding needs!

My husband and I wanted to have a gate put in at the front of our house....just a very small, simple gate, not a big job at all. They came out Dec 29th of 2020 and gave us an estimate of $1,050 and told us that they would be out anywhere from 1-3 months to begin. After about 4-5 months of no communication about a time line or anything, my husband decided to call to find out what was going on and could they give us any indication as to when they might begin the job. Come to find out, as we were told, "well, I found your invoice, but apparently there was no date on it so it kept getting pushed to the back of the pile".....is that a real answer??? Ummmmmmm......that's one of the most ridiculous and incompetent things I've ever heard! so, after that they come out and put in 2 metal posts and tell us they will be back in about 3 days to finish the job. That was the end of April and we are almost in August! That was 213 days ago that we received the estimate and all we have to show for it thus far is 2 metal posts sticking up at the end of our sidewalk! Good luck to anyone that uses this company! save yourself the frustration.
