I had my septic pumped, a new filter and 2 new covers. There were 4 men who were very efficient and thoroughly checked my septic tank for cracks, luckily I had no cracks. Super nice and customer service was excellent!!!Service: Sewer repair

It was a pain finding a company to do a fresh septic install out in the middle of nowhere in Cochise. I am more than happy with the professionalism, and good communication. Any installation steps, I was notified and kept up to date with pictures; along with permitting processes. All pricing was discussed, clear and transparent. Even with supply-chain issues due to COVID, I was kept in the loop and was able to get my install completed in a reasonable timeframe. Tom performed an incredibly thorough soil evaluation literally in the middle of nowhere (well, close to it, anyway). His knowledge and experience is impressive and his professionalism, impeccable. Tom McCoy was recommended by my realtor. I purchased land and needed a septic system installed. Tom promptly returned my call and arranged a time to meet me. He performed a site analysis and patiently explained what was required in order for a septic system to be installed. I was impressed by his knowledge and ability to provide a detailed explanation. He was incredibly honest and patient with all my questions. He did an amazing job! I would not use anyone else!!! Thanks Tom!

I thought my septic system needed a cleanup since the last cleanup was 23 years ago. Was expecting an expensive bill since I also wanted risers installed to allow for easy clean outs in the future.. I was very happy that McCoy's Septic Service found that all I needed was the septic tank cleaned. Not only did he clean the septic and removed roots that had found their way into the septic tank but he also explained and showed me how to maintain my system from now on. Great, honest, and quick service.
