Just had our second delivery this morning 9 Sep 25. I can't say enough good things about our delivery rep- Nate Nash. He is truly awesome! I was not at home for this delivery, but Nate was in contact via phone. I knew when he was arriving and was able to secure our four footed monster and unlock the gate in plenty of time. Nate handled the delivery perfectly and both we and the neighbor's goats thank him for taking the time to re-secure our gate! He is a delight to deal with- more like a trusted friend than just any old delivery person. We are truly blessed to have such a great guy for our deliveries!

My customer service experience has been excellent! From setting up my account to answering the many 'new to propane' questions, it was a seamless process. During our first refill, the technician, Nate, was cheerful, efficient and very informative. He checked the tank and all valves and fittings during the fill- all while patiently answering the questions I peppered him with. Very happy with the online ordering as well.”
