Construction is a combination of many different parts and or companies coming together to build and or repair structures. The bigger you get the more you tend to offer. You rely on others to do there part. Sometimes you are at the mercy of others problems. No company is perfect every time. It is the ability to make it right in the end. Greer Millworks has made my project right in the end. I replaced a double door set up that had a lot of different parts. During quoting, customer wanted different things and it kept changing. By the time product was received, parts had changed and didn't work as a whole in the project. But Bryan and Jake with understanding and a bit more time, (to order replacement parts), got everything needed to make all work perfectly. Greers has been a very big part of building Sierra Vista and many communities in Southeastern Arizona for many years through 3 generations family owned. Home Depot and Lowes have there place. But if you want someone to help you create something special, Greers has the people and know how to make it happen.

We bought all our windows and doors for our new house from Stan Greer. We were happy with the service. Then our salesman retired, and it has been all downhill. It took over 2 months to receive our interior doors. There is a flaw in one of them which the manufacturer won't warranty. I've offered to pay their cost for a new one. Neither the new salesman nor the assistant manager will return my calls. Beware.
Update on 9/15/25.
The company offered a replacement door at a very reasonable price. I accepted the offer and should have a new door soon.

These folks have installed windows and garage doors for us and done an excellent job. Prices were very competitive and the installers were courteous and professional. They stand behind their work and that says a lot in this day and age.

Not recommended. We purchased an external door from Stan Greer for our new home, contractor installed the door correctly. The door is defective and leaks water into the garage (see photo). Stan Greer wants 250$ just to look at the door with no flexibility. This is poor business in
my opinion.

My opinion of this company just flipped. I used to be very happy until I asked them come out and sell me all new windows and doors. I got told that I have to pay an $85 fee to have a salesperson come out.They must not be very confident in the value they provide or their prices if they have to charge up front for a sales visit.

Hired them to replace all of the windows and sliding glass door in my kids home. If I was rating the installers only, they would get 5 stars but the experience from estimating to the sales was the worst. Communication was poor at best and even after contacting management via email, they didn’t even have the decency to return my message to discuss my concerns.

This morning my garage door opened but several rollers jumped the track leaving the door stuck open, with one side hanging down. All the garage door businesses in the local area were busy and could not provide emergency service except Stan Greer. Josh was at my house within 45 minutes. He quickly fixed the problem and did a complete service on the door. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. The best, and most unbelievable part - the cost for emergency response and all work was incredibly inexpensive, under $100.00.

You have seriously got to be kidding me! These people are crooks. I wanted to get a slab door installed on my storage room and they wanted to charge me $1432 to do it. The first sign of trouble is they will charge you $85 to measure the door. This is non refundable. The slab was $760 and the labor to install it was $680 plus $77 for hardware. To put this in perspective if I was to replace all of my interior doors it would cost me over 11 thousand dollars for 8 doors. It's still too bad that I can't leave a no star review.
