Are postal workers supposed to deliver damaged and empty packages? Ive gotten 2 packages like that and nothing is being done. Being told to just file a claim online but they don't look into why their postal workers are delivering damaged, empty packages instead of putting down undeliverable? Recently had a package delivered in that condition and was told maybe it's someone scoping out mailboxes and stealing and there is no way that could happen when I grabbed it within a minute of delivery! My dogs bark at anyone or anything near our property and soon as I heard barking I saw the postal worker and went down to retrieve the mail right after they drove off. Where is the accountability and the customer service gone?

There is something seriously wrong with a postoffice that takes 4 visits to pick up a package. Never got a pink slip notification that there was a package. Was told no package until the Dallas office called in a tracking inquiry and suddenly the package was found behind another package on a shelf. Not a small box either. There needs to be some reorganization. The guy I talked to said any complaint would go to him so he was going to have a discussion about it. Really? This is a beautiful postoffice. It needs new methods and people who can do the job. I don't live in this area. I was told you can get mail out ok but deliveries are a problem and that employee attitudes are poor. I hope they get some help to become more efficient

This has to be one of the worst post offices I have ever had to deal with. Every time I have to go get my packages they are so un organized. Every time they say it's not there. Even though I am showing the pink slip... And all their employees have bad attitudes. If you don't like your job go find another one!!

I received a package that clearly states “Do Not Bend”. Yet upon opening my small PO box I found it bent and shoved into it with the rest of my mail.

Very rude and argumentative when you just try call in and get info. This is why everyone hates the USPS service and Fed ex and UPS are a much better package delivery service.

I receive my sons meds through the mail and even when the package clearly states medication on it they fail the delivery many issues with this as there are lock boxes where my mailbox is located also I’m .6 of a mile and they won’t deliver them ever. The post man that delivers my mail I’ve always had problems with and have reported before. Not really sure what’s going on with this post office.

Horrible service!!! While we lived there we couldn’t get packages delivered to our house or our cluster box. We always had to drive to the post office to pick them up. Nothing you can do to change it. Also when we moved they never forwarded our mail to our new address. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone there either.

Not as good as Huachuca City Post Office, but miles ahead of Sierra Vista. Yes, the lady can be “cranky” but still gets the job done. If I were king I’d put the nation’s mail service out to bid. Let a corporation run them. At least they could get rid of poor performers.

There is a skinny, almost bald, has a mustach, this guy needs some anger managment classes he's throwing mail all over in the back area I even saw the guy through an amazon packadge to a bin and the packadge broke and what ever sodas, energy drinks it had inside a few spilled so much that the guy took it outside. Last time a rock was in his way he picked it up and through it over the to the employee parking. If you don't like your job get a new one before you hurt someone or before you break a packadge with something really $$$$ in it

Horrible horrible horrible lady, talks to me like I am dumber than a box of rocks, for asking if I could get a update on my package(been held there for 48 hours with no delivery notice)
