Well, I bought a coil from them for my car and after a week it failed. I took it to the shop and it was saying that coil so I took it out and bought one from one of their competitors and I live far away from this Particular auto parts store so I brought back the coil getting a refund cause I already purchased it from another store. And they said they needed the original box doesn’t matter how long it’s been it could be a year. They need the original box who keeps their box per year after it’s installed.. Anyways, the guy called his manager she said the same thing all our parts don’t fail anyway we don’t refund anything. We just exchange so even if you bought it somewhere else and it was defective we don’t give the money back. We just exchange them. What kind of policy is that when your part fails and they’re out of town I guess you’re out of luck. You have to wait to get back to exchange it for them or they won’t give you a refund on it. stay away from this place and do not buy for them to policies. Apparently they don’t have to follow any of them. I think they’re part of the advance auto parts corporation so they either independently own so they don’t have to listen any policies except for own. You don’t want a headache stay away from this place. The manager was rude and the employee which is laughing about the whole thing. This happened 31 May 25, 1330

Stopped by to get windshield wipers, I called ahead and gave Info on Mt vehicle and they pulled the wipers for me . I came in and they came out and changed out the wipers for me , so thankful for that..I drove down the mountain safely due to the customer service I got from this location..the lady was very nice and friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much. If you are in the area or driving theu..this is the place you need to go for your car part needs.
