“This was your average Quality Inn. Price is good, the room was very clean, the hot breakfat was the standard fare, and the service was very good. If you are on I40 in Arizona, this is a good place to rest.”
“Excellent place to stay for the price. I had issues, me being a grumpy old Man. REALLY Tired. The Front Desk Agent went out of her way to accommodate me. WINNER. Thank you.”
“It's about 20 miles from the Petrified Forest National Park. Both the North and South entrances are easily accessible from Holbrook. So you can go in via one entrance, and out the other.
The hotel is in need of some upgrading. Not bad, but can use a little tlc in the rooms. The pool is very small, about 5 strokes and your at the other end. The gym looks decent.
The receptionist greeted me warmly on arrival this past Saturday. She even switched rooms for me with no issue. I think she was working a double shift that day. The first room I was given was malodorous.
Later, I called the front desk and spoke with a different lady. I told her I couldn't connect to the wifi. She huffed and seemed very put out. Told me to wait, because she'd only just put me in the system.
Eventually, I entered my first name (system required my last name). So I'm guessing that was human error.
Becky was an absolute rock star. My car battery died overnight. She was really busy, and did everything she could do to get my car started. Becky, I really appreciate you, you made my day!”
“Overall, we had a good stay. The room was comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained.
We didn’t have the chance to use the facilities, such as the pool, but we noticed that many guests were enjoying them. It was also very convenient to have laundry facilities available for guests.
There were, however, a couple of downsides. We couldn’t find any way to buy bottled water because the vending machines weren’t working, and the front desk wasn’t able to sell us any either. After a long day of traveling, it would have been nice to have an easy way to get some water.
The main issue was the air conditioning. It was extremely loud and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. It’s a real shame because the room itself was comfortable, the bed was great, and everything was spotless. If the noise from the air conditioning could be addressed, the overall experience would be much better.”
“Where to start. Walked into the front desk late and was welcome very kindly. When I walked into my room I was very pleased with presentation. Looks to have been completely remodeled. Clean and nicely set up. And of all the hotels I've stayed at during our cross country trip this one had by far the best breakfast service and choices. According to my kids it was awesome. And amazing do they need say more. Highly recommend.”
“Easy to find, check in was easy and friendly! Very helpful staff if needed! Big pool indoor with jacuzzi and out door patio setting! Safe when walking the dog around the property as well as dog friendly! Clean & quiet rooms with very comfortable beds! This was our third stay and will be back next year! Thank you staff!”
“Price wasn’t what i expected bc I got here when bunch of construction ppl were booking. So all the cheap rooms were full but breakfast was fab plus all the workers were nice”
“We were just passing through and needed a dog friendly room and we found the room to be very nice and clean. Also needed a place that was secure since we were traveling with a open flatbed trailer, again no problems. We enjoyed our short stay.”

“I was traveling through Concho for ministry business and I stayed here for a couple days waiting for bus. The service was excellent the room was very clean and well kept. The owner was heavily involved with the Food they served(which was delicious and incredible) Customer service and maintenance of the place it and it was so personal and unique. You could tell she took very good care of the place. I was very impressed with everything and highly recommend this one of a kind spot for you and your family as you travel through Arizona!”
“This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Rustic charm, Route 66 nostalgia, and you get to sleep in a Wigwam! Staff is so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area and the office has a great little treasure tribe of history and petrified wood. Office hours are from 3-9 local time. Classic cars dot the parking area and make for an authentic feel. I loved it here and can’t encourage you enough to give it a try!”
