“For a kitschy novelty motel, this place really comes through on the amenities. Checking in was easy, and the staff were really easygoing and helpful. The lot is full of classic cars (including an old Tow Truck that looks like Tow Mater from Cars), but there's plenty of parking around them. The room was clean and well maintained. The only issues I had were with the heater, which was a little loud and finicky, and the bathroom mirror, which is at a really odd angle due to the architecture of the wigwams.”

“This place has had a well-done upgrade. I even think they're still working on a few of the rooms, and for a reasonably nice hotel, it's the cheapest one in town. They've got great truck parking. And the breakfast in the morning is typical. Self-serve waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast.”

“This property is a gem. Very reasonably priced depending on the season. The bed was perfect for a light sleeper. No hot breakfast but the complimentary coffee is strong and delicious with cream and sugar. They have a pool but it was too cold outside to enjoy. The WiFi here is fantastic. At least when I stayed. They have a small business desk you can get work done and enough outlets for your laptop and phone charger. The shower pressure is strong! Hot water was in plentiful supply. Parking is generous although if you have a fifth wheel it’s tight in the back. The building does make some creaking if warming up the room for the first couple of hours, once everything adjusted there was no noise and I slept like a baby. Thank you for keeping the light on!!!”

“I see the reviews are all over the place but I was happy with the place. I stayed in room 105. It was very clean, the fridge kept my beer nice and cold. It was a nice night so I slept with the window open and did not use the heat/air conditioner unit. Breakfast was eggs and sausage and the usual toast/bagels etc... Great place for the price.Cheers”

“My stay was ok. All I wanted was a safe place to crash for the night. The room needed a few things like a light bulb next to the bedside lamp. I switched bulbs around to make sure the other one was working. Took it back to the bedside lamp and tried it again. What I discovered was that neither the lamp or the bedside clock were plugged. Sergei Dawson dropped everything he was doing and came to my room. He cheerfully lay on the floor to reach the plug in that was located behind the bed. Not, only him; but Tracy (who was working the front desk) were so friendly and kind that it made this stopover worth the $75. Breakfast; waffles, sausage, eggs and all kinds of cold cereals, etc.”
