Had an issue and Bank Manager (Sara) was very kind and helpful. Staff gave excellent service.

I made an appointment with Wells Fargo which I thought was for 1 PM. Their system told me that my appointment was for 2PM and placed an appointment on my android calendar.Upon arrival at the bank I was told that my appointment was for 1. PM. And no one was was there initially to assist me. Their mistake!!!
