I first called ferrel gas, they are right across the street. They scheduled me for a week later. When I called back to check what day, the lady Beth said she'd check around and call me back. She never did, no one came out. In the meantime Tim Anerigas came out, set up the account and I'm fine getting a my hot water tomorrow!!!!!!! Yeah so excited.
