“Cute little shop down stairs with normal touristy stuff. The person(s) behind the counter hasn't greeted us ever in the 6 years we have been going when we pass through but thats ok lol The theater upstairs is the cats meow! Super cool how it was built and kept in good shape. It feels like walking back in time! But if you go upstairs freaking tip them out in the bucket. Even a dollar per person would be better than nothing. If you go in the summer take a hand fan. It's muggy and HOT up there!!!”

“I have never experienced anything like this: A world class kaleidoscope shop in a proper ghost town. Let’s just say, it feels like something mystical is a foot. This delightful storm and rapture me for over an hour, and I could’ve stayed for at least another. They encourage adults to experience the kaleidoscopes, and they are of such amazing variety and creativity that I was audibly ooooh-ing and aaaah-ing unconsciously. I experienced versions of the theme that I had never even imagined before. Plus, in addition to the exceptionally high-end multi thousand dollar versions, there are paper and cardboard options at the front, so you don’t have to leave empty-handed. The decor is warm and classy with a dash of steam punk, adding to its mystique. The staff were exceptionally helpful and enthusiastic, willing to show you and enlighten one to anything in the shop. This is a must-do for anyone visiting Jerome.”
