Fun place to visit with families. Besides walking around and exploring the mine. There are some activities like feed the animals, crush geode or gold panning.

The staffs are friendly and informative. The place is full of vintage/antique vehicles and tools. They have chicken everywhere. There is a potbelly and three goats. They are well fed and cute. It’s a small little spot to learn about this little town but it’s fun. I highly recommend to come during the winter so it won’t be so hot.

They used to mine here, collections of old mining equipment from large to small. If you like being around equipment and farm animals, this place is for you! The drive up the mountain takes you through the town of Jerome.. cute but we didn’t stop there. We did the $38 special and got to sift for gems, learned how to pan for gold, cracked a geode open and fed the animals. The family that runs this is super friendly and helpful.

It was ok, kind of a tourist trap. The old cars & trucks are cool as are the old mining houses. Our toddler was attacked by the male turkeys that roam around the place and it’s pretty small for the admission fee they charge. Not much to see beyond a lot of old vehicles.

A 2 because I enjoyed being artsy with my camera. But otherwise it isn't worth the money. We bought the special extra package that included 2 bags or feed, cut your own geo, gem mine and gold panning. The goats were fun. We asked twice for someone to come run the Gem mine and gold panning, both times I waited a half hour. Others were waiting too. The blacksmith andworking saw mill were not running. It was a weekend with at least 30 people roaming around

Great stop to check out! Saw lots of antique trucks, buildings, etc. so much history! You can buy animal food to feed the chickens, turkeys & goats. You can pan for gold and gems also ($). Would definitely recommend!

It's not a real western ghost town in the traditional sense. But the spirit, its owner, and founder is everywhere around you. He collected pieces and staged them in ways that give you a deep look into our not to distant past. To see the ingenious use of wood, steel, gears, and combustion is a really wonderful testimonial to our capacity to create. It's worth the $12 . And the turkeys are really cool.

Use your imagination as you look at many intriguing old-timey tools and machines, enjoy happy animals and exotic chickens, drink in fresh air, catch the vibe of the old west & Jerome area, ask informative friendly hosts all your curious questions, patronize the fun gift-shop, ask for fresh eggs and get some fancy goat-milk lotion.

So much to look at. It's difficult to even describe. We had an amazing time looking at all the old work trucks, especially the IHs. Got to talk to some employees and had a wonderful time!! Absolutely with the admission!!! We will be back!!

Great history sets here. Fun times and definitely talk to some people taking care of the place so you can learn about Jerome.

Went here and drove through the whole lot. Lots of antiques and very old stuff. It looks like a scary move scene up in here not going to lie. Shacks made out of old wood looks like they're going to collapse. A bunch of old trucks like a junkyard. Pretty cool spot to take pictures there's a gift shop which is cool. Didn't do anything much besides that, but interesting place to say the least. If you ever seen wrong turn this is identical to some scenes in that movie, pretty cool! You'll enjoy!

Yes, it is a tourist trap as the entire town of Jerome. It's nice if you don't expect much. $13/person to enter (July'23) but extra $18 for gold panning or $12 for gem panning. An overpriced souvenir shop and blacksmith items.
