Thursday, our friends suggested a quick trip to Jerome, one of our favorite nearby "haunts", which is a pun, if you know Jerome. ? Weather was clear as usual, but chilly. Lucked onto a good pay parking spot mid town, & the four of us goldie oldies headed downhill. Happened upon the Artist Co-op & were thrilled to discover many wonderful things from wall art to sculpture, metal, glass, fabric... whatever! We were looking for a piece to grace a particular wall for our SW style decor & it turns out the piece we found was a photographic print of the artist who was present at the time! Happy coincidence to be able to engage with the artist of the very item we purchased. AND, in purchasing this relatively inexpensive beautiful item, we eliminated the possibility of spending a far greater sum in the subsequent galleries we came across as we perused about town! Very clever strategy by the husband. ?***This gallery is a Must-See-and-Buy-Something type of place, IMHO.

The featured Artist reception is a must do. Food, drink, band. Lana and Mark were the featured artists. Go see their work. I'll post a couple photos. The glass figures are full scale.

I absolutely loved this gallery. Beautiful local art with a wide variety of styles. My two friends and I all purchased something from different artists. The staff was really friendly because they are the artists (hence co-op). Cool, happy place with public restrooms to boot ?

The staff here were super friendly. And prices were reasonable. I escored this beautiful oil for under $1000. It's much bigger inside than it looks on the outside. Highly recommend visiting if you're in Jerome.

There were 3 behind the counter, one asked if I needed help,I said I would like to browse, after a few minutes I returned from the back, carrying my phone. One lady said “if your going to take pictures you need to ask.” Very presumptuous of her, as I wasn’t taking pictures . I’m a tourist from Canada, a long way to drive for that off putting comment. Two thumbs down.

Great artist co-op where we found a wonderful photo that moved both my wife and I. We purchased the photo and had it shipped back to Chicago for a reasonable price. The photo represented to us a broken view of the self, but showed the beauty if one takes the time to look

Form other reviews, the views alone are great. But now I really want to go just to find out about those "left leaning voodoo kit" reported in prior post.

This is an excellent shop with many local artists. From clothing to jewelry and pottery to gifts and plenty more. The windows in the back of the store offer wonderful views of Cottonwood and Sedona.
