Customers appreciate the courteous and knowledgeable associates who go the extra mile to assist with specific needs, such as repairs or finding rare items. The staff's expertise, especially in areas like chainsaw maintenance, adds to the overall positive shopping experience. Although there are occasional concerns about pricing, the store remains a reliable option for general supplies and specialized items not found elsewhere.
I'm not sure if I got his name right but it sounded like Denim, Derin, Devin, but he was super knowledgeable and kind in helping me find a USB cord for my mom's hearing aids as we were traveling through town. Thank you!
