“It great a store like Napa that put kayenta on the map. They sold me some truck parts. I call back that parts dont fit my truck. And now they tell me my vehicle not listed in their computer and the parts are dealer item, upon returning the items, l got charge 20%restock and special order fee. These parts are taken from a Napa warehouse and this store did not have the parts in stock and these parts are not special, they normal parts for this truck that not applied with any modifications. Stocking and special order charges is erroneous.”
