Customer Service. Have a 7 year old handful, they gathered my list of things at the register for me. Showed me what I needed for other projects. They were great about my little one.Took it all out to the car for me. Thank you so much. Will be back soon.

Friendly staff, competitive prices and good selection. Small ol' town feel hardware store. I live north of Northern so the location is great when I truly don't need to go to Home Depot.

Some of the employees don't know where some parts are, they need better training by someone that doesn't work there, but knows where those specific parts are located
