Ken and Nate both were extremely helpful to my wife and myself when we upgraded phones. My wife switched from Verizon and both these employees here at the Kingman location made her transition very seamless. I have been with AT&T for a long time and will continue to praise their customer service.

Nate did a fabulous job helping my Father in law who has no clue how to use a cell phone. He made it extremely effortless and solved all of our issues.

Consumers be advised!!! This store practices deceptive & high pressure sales tactics. The cashiers are NOT employed by AT&T & work on commission. They take advantage of seniors & users that lack tech knowledge. They are a retail outlet only, they cannot & do not offer customer service for your AT&T account & will repeatedly refer you to " corporate" for that reason. They can open a line and sell product. I was blatantly lied to on 2 occasions by 2 different cashiers. A simple upgrade took 4 trips (200 miles) to "try" to correct issues generated internally from that store, which at the end of the day had no resolution. This business & the sales tactics practiced need to be investigated. Complaint forthcoming. 1 star only so I could post comment.

Nate was amazing!! Absolutely the easiest upgrade I have ever done. So informative, he explained and walked me through everything. He even did an account analysis and saved me a couple of bucks. Keep him around. Amazing customer service!! Thank you!!

Sam, a young woman she was very helpful and very kind, and especially kind. Then a young man named Matt, the same.
We are very happy with the service that we received.

This ATT store is excellent, & their employees are very helpful, however ATT Corp needs to regain better overall services for customers both in better selections of phone devices, & establish more reasonably priced monthly phone billing plans.

I needed my Sim card transferred to my new phone and wanted to make sure I didn't lose my contacts and pictures. Nate told me he could only transfer my phone number, I explained to him I was in here 8 weeks ago with another new phone and they had no problem helping me get everything transferred, his reply was, our policy had changed since then. This was lie #1. Then he informed me that 53% battery charge was not enough to transfer everything, that was lie #2. He informed me that I needed to go home, charge my phone then come back. I said, why can't I charge my phone right here? He informed me I could not use the stores chargers, that was lie #3. I went out to my car (I had to start it to charge my phone) after 15 minutes of wasting my gas I went back in, Sam greeted me and confirmed that there has not been any policy changes within the last 2 months and customers are welcome to use store chargers.
Sam transferred everything I needed in 10 minutes and it only used 3% of my battery. I gave 2 stars because Sam was so helpful
