I had a blown engine, and the first replacement engine I purchased turned out to be incompatible with my car. Onestop Automotive worked with me throughout the entire process, including removing the incompatible engine and installing the correct replacement.
After the compatible engine was installed, they discovered that my alternator was also failing. I recently received the replacement alternator and plan to install it myself. They told me I can bring the car back afterward so they can test-drive it and make sure everything is functioning properly.
This engine ordeal lasted about seven months, and Onestop supported me through a very difficult situation.

“I'm a fist time jetski owner, when I bought it was a gamble not sure, wasn't running unless I put fuel in the carb. I brought it in there shop told the guys it was sitting a long time, I was expecting lots of problems but the shop put me at ease, it was a carburetor rebuild they called said I could see it running in the tank, I went over and was so relieved it wasn't major. The bill was very reasonable they checked everything out it's water ready. Thank you folks very good experience, they advise how to keep it in good running condition. I'll be a return customer. They were very patient with me despite being a new rider and lacking knowledge. It may look a bit rough on the outside but they are quick when possible, and had excellent customer serivce. “Been having problems with a recurring malfunction on my climate control panel. Went to O'Reilly's today on Stockton Hill road in Kingman Arizona & Heath actually came out to my truck and checked out that my fan wasn't the problem. It wasn't I had the entire system rebuilt about 5 years ago. I cannot get the new climate control panel to function (reset), so going back tomorrow and have notified heath, he is going to help me again. This kind of above and beyond customer service is why I keep going back to O'Reilly's. And he is top of the line. Thank you”
