“I recently took my 2013 Ford Escape to American Fleet after noticing a fluid leak, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Mike Hixson at the service desk got me in right away, quickly identified the issue, and ordered the necessary part, which was installed the very next morning in under an hour.
During the inspection, the technician also noticed an oil leak that signaled a potential turbo issue. Mike, the owner, took the time to go over the cost, explain the situation in detail, and let me know what to watch for to prevent further engine damage. I really appreciated the time and attention they gave to addressing my concerns.

“I can’t say enough good things about Performance Muffler and the owner Tony (I think was his name). After getting jerked around by a dealership, it was such a relief to talk to someone who was truly honest and not just trying to squeeze money out of me. Tony took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me honest answers, and charged a very fair price.
Even though he had a packed schedule, he squeezed me in because I had a family road trip to Disneyland coming up and wanted to make sure my family of seven would be safe on the road. That meant a lot. He also referred me to Automotive Specialists for some other repairs—another great recommendation.

I had a blown engine, and the first replacement engine I purchased turned out to be incompatible with my car. Onestop Automotive worked with me throughout the entire process, including removing the incompatible engine and installing the correct replacement.
After the compatible engine was installed, they discovered that my alternator was also failing. I recently received the replacement alternator and plan to install it myself. They told me I can bring the car back afterward so they can test-drive it and make sure everything is functioning properly.
This engine ordeal lasted about seven months, and Onestop supported me through a very difficult situation.
Based on my experience, they have been honest, fair, and willing to work with me. I highly recommend Onestop Automotive.”
“We just had our F250 6.7 transmission serviced as well as the oil and fuel filter changed. Last Friday they looked at my wives Honda do to she thought her struts needed to be replaced, I dropped off the car and a couple hrs later Clarke called and assured me her clear was in perfect working condition and the sound she heard was dirt in her shocks. She drives a lot of dirt roads. I can't say enough about how this business makes you feel welcome and like your part of the family. Always informative of what needs to be done. “There is absolutely NO reason these guys should have a 4.2 rating.
Last leg if a roadtrip with my college daughter and our 10day old tire was at 18psi when we woke up. We drive over to them to use their airpump and they have to do it from the garage. He asked what the problem was and when I explained it was a brand new tire but list air overnight he said he would check it and make sure we were safe to drive on it— if not he would send us to his tire guy. They spent 10 minutes checking it out even tho they had a shop full of cars they were working on .
They were so very friendly, helpful and happy to help! 12/10 recommend! Thanks guys!!”

“My boyfriend and I had to drop into Holdens when having an issue with our rental van’s engine. They were absolutely incredible. Although they were closing, Scott and Amanda ran tests on the van, offered to drop us at an alternative accommodation and prioritised us first thing the following morning once we had heard back from the van owner. They did what they needed to do and got us back on the road quickly. In the meantime they recommended local sights making Kingman an exciting stop for us to experience Route 66!
They were nothing but hospitable, patient and thorough from start to finish. They made a very stressful situation, a more than pleasant experience! We couldn't be more confident in advising their services to anyone who needs their car/ van looked at.
