“I recently took my 2013 Ford Escape to American Fleet after noticing a fluid leak, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Mike Hixson at the service desk got me in right away, quickly identified the issue, and ordered the necessary part, which was installed the very next morning in under an hour.
During the inspection, the technician also noticed an oil leak that signaled a potential turbo issue. Mike, the owner, took the time to go over the cost, explain the situation in detail, and let me know what to watch for to prevent further engine damage. I really appreciated the time and attention they gave to addressing my concerns.

“These guys absolutely saved me on a road trip from Vegas to Pheonix. I got a flat tire thanks to a pothole just outside of Kingman and it was around 8:30pm and my car doesn't have a spare. After about 5 minutes of panicking I managed to find these guys on google and gave them a call. They came to me and put on a new tire and had me back on the road before 9:30pm. They did a great job and the price was also extremely reasonable given the circumstances. If you find yourself stranded near Kingman, call these guys.”

“I pretty much ripped my muffler in half going through a muddy wash, still drove the truck for quite awhile then finally decided to replace it. After having a lot of bad luck in Kingman with various mechanics I decided to give him a try. I made the usual Kingman appointment and took the whole day off work just in case since my truck is my only vehicle. I left it at the shop in the morning planning to just hike around town and maybe check out that wagon trail hiking area. I hit Burger King across the street for starters since I hadn't ate anything yet. I didn't much more sit down to eat when my phone rang and it was the muffler shop. Uh Oh what is the excuse going to be now? Nope he called and said it was all done. I've waited a few months just to see if the welds fail and if it falls off but nope. For once a job well done and done in one shot way quicker than I expected. I highly recommend this place.”

“If I could give more stars I would. Earlier this year we started our 38 day RV trip and our truck stalled out on highway 93. About 30 min from your location. Your team came on got us and our 38ft 5th wheel. Went above and beyond to get to GMC to get the part for our truck, fixed it and got us back on the road. We were in your store a few hours and you kept by daughter and puppy happy the whole time. You went above and beyond for us and we can't thank you enough. Highly reccomend this place. “Had a flat on my SUV and called several tire stores in Kingman to get it repaired. Prices ranging from 25 to 50 dollars for a simple repair. I was fortunate to call Purcell Tire last and spoke with Nate. Although it was late in the day, he told me to come right over and he would fix it right away. Long story short, he performed the most professional tire repair I've ever seen. Nate refused to charge me for his work!
