Visited store 2723 on Stockton Hill Rd 2/7/24, needed headlight bulbs. Grateful for Felipe who actually put the new bulbs in for me!! Definitely grateful for this great store & amazing employees!! Highly recommend!?

Far away from home and Craig P saved us! The bulb changing master, he took the time to change the bulbs and showed us how to change front and tail light ourselves for the next time around. Thanks again

Steven is extremely knowledgeable, he was able to explain to me all my options, he checked my car to make sure it was just a battery I needed he is very helpful & friendly, after installing my new battery he made sure I could drive away. And best of ALL it's not just Him, 3 other employees offered assistance & asked if he needed any help (my car is difficult) but Steve had it there's great comradely. They're Awesome!

I am a employee of store 2723, Kingman, AZ. While waiting for my shift to start at 5 pm, I witnessed Robert, the Commercial Manager, pushing a cart with two rotors on it through the parking lot. As he passed me, I asked him where he was going, as his direction was obviously out of our driveway and headed down the street. His reply was that all the delivery drivers where out and the shop a few doors down needed those parts to finish a job before 5 pm. I was impressed that he would walk parts down the street on a cart to make sure our customers came first, but I was not surprised. Robert has helped me to learn new things many times and I have witnessed his customer service excellence before. A great manager! I think that is the true definition of "Going the Extra Mile!!!!

I was traveling across the country from California to Rhode Island and my car battery died. I had the best experience here and I was able to get it fixed and get on my way without needing to spend a crazy amount of money. If I could stop here more often in times of need I would most definitely.

Typical Auto-Zone Automotive Supply Store. I went for Ford Blue Engine Enamel but they weren't in stock. This particular location had a minimal selection of paints. I was able to make another color work to my liking.

Wow.. For any auto need you must try this place, they NEVER disappoint. Part #2. Well YOU WILL WANT TO READ THIS BEFORE YOU SHOP FOR PARTS!!!;. MY truck broke down about 60 miles from Kingman,Az. When I got home I felt stranded. ( No) transportation,. Do I thought I would save some money & time by ordering the parts on my phone ( some online) auto. It took 3-5 days to finally get the parts. All excited I'll be back in my truck?? a friend mechanic had my truck torn all apart ready for my New "online" parts??. But wait. "None of the Parts Went to My Vehicle"!!!! frustrated & Now Really stranded. And the mechanic had the day set aside????online told me 10 days to ship the right part???.So I thought AUTO ZONE!!!??I CALLED; THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO THERE BEST TO HELP GET BACK ON THE ROAD? PHILIPPE HELPED ME !; HE ( PHILIPPE )( Discovered I NEEDED A CUSTOM PART. HE CALLED " ROBERT" OVER; Robert immediately knew what to do!! They Made sure before I walked out that door I had the exact parts I needed. I took them directly to the mechanic!!??????within hours No longer stranded ?. So. My advice. Buy From A REAL PERSON!!! I TRULY HOPE THIS STORY SAVES YOU FROM THE SAME ( BIG) MISTAKE.. THANK YOU .AUTO ZONE ...??

Mood - Oh my goodnessI snuck into Chandler avoided all the traffic. Whoo Hoo. Was on my way back to Vegas and right before Wikieup, maybe at an elevated speed, what should happen you ask. Well the radiator blew up. Like full on blew up. Pulled over on the side of the road and had to figure out what do I do now. Hmmmm it was 110 degrees, no bathroom, no AC - vehicle was dead. Thank God for cell reception.I contacted all of the parts houses in Kingman re: a radiator that I needed. With the hoses and clamps to fit. And this was the only parts house that had it in stock. They held it for me until I got there. So paid for a 79 mile tow and this began a long parking lot install adventure.Had to go in and out of the store several times to get parts, fluids, and return parts that didn't fit. All the while, the entire staff were completely amazing. Never once stopped the process and allowed us to get it all done. Even turned the lights on outside a little earlier to make it easier for this entire repair.Would most def recommend- pricing is very hit or miss. I mean it is everything for your vehicular needs. Top of the line down to you get what you pay for. However the customer service was on point. I'm highly grateful for how we were treated that day. Lesson in the story " Take your lemons and make lemonade "Location Kingman AZ - ample parking
