In the process of switching my direct deposits. Money showed up in account. Then it gets taken out. Have no access to mobile, online or even voice banking. Went to atm at branch and could not even make a cash deposit! Would not recommend at all!!!

Forget US Bank and Chase unless you want to wait 2-3 weeks to see somebody. We walked in to open an account and got seen right away. The banker that helped us, Chris Akers, was extremely helpful and courteous. I feel this bank actually cares about its customers. Highly recommend !

I have been with Compass Bank for pretty close to 30 years, I used to enjoy walking in because customer service was so friendly, now it's like walking into a ghost town. What are banks really good for besides holding your money? They spend more time yapping then helping.
