Not very helpful. Tried to turn on ins to mu truck the lady was rude and was only concerned about going home for the day. Didnt want to help me add a new policy. I will be looking for a different ins. Pretty sad since I have been with them for decades.

Did an online quote then received an email to call the office which I did. Waited a few hours still no call back so tried again and got the same recording to leave a message. I started this about 8 am and it is now 4:30 pm and no call back. I sat here all day today waiting for a call so not a happy camper. I will try a different company tomorrow or maybe just another State Farm office.
