On the 13th of Feb around 16:00hrs went to the Boost Mobile store in Kingsman AZ.Had an issue with my Cell phone brought my issue to the Sweet Gal working there she was very helpful Informative I was Greeted with a smile she was very kind i had all my questions answered she helped with picking out a New Cell Phone and Accessories i felt like i was part of the Boost Mobile family..Thank You Kindly

I just called so I can get a new phone. The reason why I need a new phone is because I cracked the screen on the other phone I have an account with Boost for over 3 years. And the customer support people on the phone or more than willing to help me. This is the third time I've tried their store in Kingman Arizona. I will never go into that store to do any kind of transaction or boost anything with my account. Customer service is spotty at best and he's a serious comb through. My problem is they're telling me I need a new SIM card when I just got a phone no more than 6 months ago. They want to charge me $160 to get me a new phone that I'm not even sure I want but when I talk to customer service about it they told me about 50 to $60. I know something's wrong there! I will try my luck at the Boost Mobile in Walmart in Bullhead City Arizona. I wish they would just close down the store in Kingman Arizona. I would put 0 ⭐ but it won't let me.

Renette and Brennen (sp) consistently deliver fantastic customer service and knowledge. They always — always — remember their customers and particular needs and concerns. Can’t say that much for other carriers!!! Thanks guys!

Went into Kingman Arizona Boost mobile store to switch to a Boost plan. The gal was so rude and condescending that I ended up leaving. You could tell she hated her job.

This store has improved so much that I deleted my first review. The employees were kind and helpful and answered all my questions. The young man that works there even filled out my application for the ACP program on his tablet. I used to dread going in the store but not anymore. These employees have done a total turn around and are very pleasant people. Keep up the great customer service. Thank you again. Sincerely Rebecca

Feb. 3, 2023 my phone encountered an issue.Within seconds these 2 in store fixed the phone. They rock and have a GREAT PERSONALIY!!! Highly recommend this store.THANKS GUYS YOU ROCK!!!!

I got the Samsung galaxy A23 and bought $ 60.00 plan with 50 GB of data and I can't get my to work my new phone.I waisted all my money ? for bad data that doesn't work anywhere in the City of Kingman, AZ or Golden Valley, AZAnd they don't know how to fix it and I'm going back to Straight Talk Phone from Wal-Mart.

I came into this Boost Mobile store to ask for my account number, and the lady working told me that I have to call customer care for an account number, because in the store they can't see the account the same way that customer care can?? I then called customer care in the car, and they said there wasn't any reason why the associate inside the Boost Store couldn't give me my account number. I have been with Boost for over 15yrs, now that people who pay for the unlimited plans are being "deprioritized" by Boost, knocked down to 2G service after using 30 gigs, and now I'm dealing with unhelpful associates lying to me, well I'm switching to a wireless carrier who doesn't deprioritize me, has great unlimited service, and they charge the same amount.

Workers at times act and seem too busy for most (even if they were just standing around) never seen to want to find the best deals for you. A lil rude.

I used to brag about boost. But since they changed networks not so must. My phone is buffering a lot. Iam supposed to have unlimited everything. But I got a notice saying I reached my data cap, so they slowed my speed down. Now I can't even get on line. Makes me rethink my service.
