My car broke down in Kingman on my road trip. All the workers at Brake Master were super nice, helpful and they were able to get me back on the road the same day. Even if that meant they were there past closing time. I'm very thankful for their help at a moments notice in a stressful scenario. Reasonably priced and got my car back up and running! Thank you!

I will only get most of my work done here, they do not mess my car up(like superior tires or Ron's tire pro), they're very nice and the price is very reasonable. It's just a shame, they don't do tires tho! Anyways: they're an amazing place and very nice gentlemen who work here.Services: Tire rotations

Don't come here!!! We paid 60 for a diagnostic for AC and when we came back to pick up the car it wouldn't even start. Worst thing is that we tried calling the police but they said it's their word against ours. We had to pay for a tow and now have to take it somewhere else. They could have just admitted that they couldn't do ac !!! WE PAID FOR THEM TO MESS UP OUR CAR!!! Go literally anywhere else!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I appreciated their honestly. I thought I needed a wheel alignment but it just needed air in the tires. They did all the diagnostics, but didn't charge me for it. Thanks for your honesty.Service: Wheel alignment

These guys are the best. They don't steer you wrong. Back break calibers weren't working and after being fixed my old car has never braked better.

I have always enjoyed wonderful customer service from my local Brake Masters, and I expected all of the locations to be consistent.. but was told today that is really reliant on the manager of the store. This manager has some unfortunate policies. Today I popped into Brake Masters #175 and asked if they could please check my oil, because I was about to drive 400 miles. I noted that I was in a rush, and hoped for a top off, which my home BM's provides complimentary if I'm within the mileage/ date window. This manager told me a top off would cost me as much as an oil change. So I asked if they had any coupons or discounts - he said I could look online. He wasn't rude, just unhelpful. There are no plugs in the main lobby for people to charge devices while they wait, and the coffee looked & smelled pretty old. The bathroom was not clean- all those little things add up to the perception that this location doesn't take much pride in their work.

My family and I had our car break down on a Saturday afternoon in Kingman on our way home to Los Angeles. Dave and his guys worked with professionalism and integrity to make sure we got back without spending three more days there. They were honest, hardworking, and charged a fair price. We made it home. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend these guys whether you live in town or have an emergency like I did. Wish more of these guys existed in my area!!!! Over priced. Ok, my dad's car is beat up. This does not mean I need an over priced repair. 35 years on the service counter and turning a wrench. I know when someone is way overpriced. But I trusted them because I worked for the people who started the company after Winston Tire shut down. Took the car elsewhere and got the car on the road for 1/3 the price and an ASE Master Mechanic Certification is on the counter. Never again!

Manager and assistant manager at the shop mis-diagnosed problem with my clutch, replaced parts unnecessarily that were not needed then lied to me about how the parts replaced were defective. Next morning truck exhibited same problems with clutch. Went back and they found the problem, replaced the defective part and charged me for parts not needed plus parts needed.In their favor...the area manager responded to my complaints and reimbursed me for unneeded parts. This is the worst service that I have ever!!! experienced in my life!!!! they had my car since Saturday charged me. $1600 said that it was a fuel pump. I drove my car away from the shop for 10 minutes . I broke down with the same issues that it had when I dropped it off. They kept my car for 5 days and stated that it was the fuel pump. They put 4 different fuel pumps in my car only to tell me that it is an electrical issue that they have to purchase another fuel pump. And that it will take another day to fix the car. Greg, the mechanic, and David, the manager, are both very unprofessional and rude as hell and i'm not too sure they are even mechanics every time I ask what the issue was with my car? I was advised that they were not working on it that someone else was. I spoke with Tyler in corporated, who stated that they're gonna give me a refund because they don't know what's wrong with my car, and they don't want to spend any more time on it. This is now 5 days later. I would not recommend this place to anybody!!!. They are crooks and they don't know how to fix cars..They do not care about fixing your car, only getting the money and now I am stuck with no car and have to wait five days in order to get my money back to get it fixed.. I asked several several questions and just kept getting the run around now I'm being advised that my car can not stay on their property and that I need to get it towed. I have nowhere to get it towed, and I. Have nowhere to take it to get it fixed.I live 30 minutes outside of town... I had to walk with my 3 children 2 hours to get to the Main Street in order to even catch an Uber. I advised them of all this and they. Still, they had no compassion for my situation, only to advise me that they no longer want to try to fix my car. I would really like for someone besides Tyler to reach out to me to see what we can be able to do in order to get some professional people. At this shop, sone real Mechanics I also want to get reimbursed for the three days that I had to spend in the hotel. Why would they sit on my car for 5 days??!! Just to say it is an electrical issue and that they don't handle electrical issues and that I need to take it somewhere else I was treated so unfairly Disrespect and discriminated against they told me I need to get my car towed off there property By end of business day they did say they would Pay to have it tow somewhere else, only to find out that they never called the tow company because they owe the tow company and they refuse to pick up any more cars for them. Therefore, my car wouldn't be able to get picked up until the next day.Worse experience of my life Ever!!Part 2..Called and spoke with David Pitts I asked him to please provide me a summary of the work that was done on my vehicle sent Saturday and this is what he sent me(Warranty Fuel Pump Made multiple attempts to repair vehicle. Unable to get the vehicle to run properly. Referred Customer to Dealer ship for further diagnostics. Refunded Customer $1579.32 from original repair )..I then called back and Advised him that I would like a complete breakdown of what was done on my vehicle and that this in voice does not reflect that. He then stated that this is all that he is going to provide me and hes not sending me anything else.

my car was brought to break masters for breaks, aftrer ispection I was told that my breaks and hub needed repacement ( which I aready Knew) and that my wheel bearing needed replacement. I atherized all repairs.I had an 9am appiontment and my car was not taken in the shop for 3 hour as they had me waiting, finally did e breaks but had to wait for the wheel bearing the come-in (why I don't know, Honda is right up the street where the part is on-hand). so after more than 1/2a day sitting around myt car was 1/2 done. well I asked when would be a good time for them to do the bearing and was told monday @ 9am again, well i sat for anothe two hours or more for them to take my car in and finsh the job, witch took two hours( why). keep in mind I paid in advance to insure payment.well the car was done or so i was told, but assoon as i got in and drove away I relized that I had 4 warning light on, My ABSn sensor was no longer working, so I turned around and brought the car strait back. well they looked at it for anouther 2 hours or so, and deermind that the ABS sensor was out and it had to be ordered ( for Honda up the street) and i was give a retun date of 4 days later in the following week (week 2 of the BS). well i returned that following monday with a 9 am appointment abnd waited another 2 hours for my car to get in the shop. Several hour later they deermined that did not know what was wrong and sent my To Honda a nother4 days latter. At this time I asked for a rental car and was refuse, they offered my an free oil change where I replied, Are you crazy, Why woulod i want you to ever work on my car again? at Honda I had an 8:30 am appointment, i was seen within 10 minutes and within 1.5 hours they found that the bearing was installed backwards and destroyed due to improper istalation. Thank You Honda, great job Honda ! I was not given a complete reciept for work done, no comesation, no rental car, and was told it is safe to drive my car the over 40 miles on way to my home, It is not safe to drive a car with the ABS out it cotrolles several safty issue's like air bags , sway controll, stearing, and tire inflation. And to add isult to my mental ingery, the charge 30 dollars an hour more for service. be smart and do not trust these incompitant fools with your Car.Dave the manage was very selfish and dose not know how to run a shop.
