Let me start off by saying I really like the cal ranch store, The problem is they sent out an advertisement to customers with a Milwaukee blower and saw for 219.00$. I drove all the way from bullhead city to buy with my ad in hand and they would not sell it to me for the advertised price. They said the price was 399.00$? The ad states 219.00$ they said no! Seems kinda like a bait and switch game. Thanks for wasting my time and gas to drive all the way to the store for nothing.I don’t recommend anyone driving to the store for a sales price without calling and asking if it is the real price not a fake to get you in the door. Kinda disappointed in the service I received.

If you purchase firearms here be aware that management does keep track of all your firearm purchases and they will refuse to transfer if, in their opinion, enough is enough. Clean friendly place with a great selection of merchandise from feed to cloths. Everything you need for a great barbecue including firearms with sometimes great prices. Jen is a great weak manager. Let's give it up for Jen. Not.

It's 4:44 PM and I was not allowed to enter with my elderly mother. We were told they if we shopped, that we would not be allowed to check out. Atleast 5 other people were all turned away at this time. Honestly if it was a Mom and pip store I would understand, but this is a large chain and they close at 5PM.

I really loved this store, I found what I was looking for there (decoration, setting, American flag....) to bring back to France, too bad the store closed at 9 p.m., I would have stayed there longer

Manager Lori refused to come to the register over this dispute. She refused to honor the mistake of the spur straps being under the wrong price and no other price tag matched the sku number of these spur straps. So what was listed as $16.99 turned out to be $44.99. This manager refused to honor any discount or investigate the problem herself. I had the cashier and another employee look for the price tags and they confirmed that the tag was not posted anywhere. The manager insisted that I, the customer, must’ve moved them from one tagged hanger to another, but it’s impossible if the correct tag was never posted in the first place. Extremely disappointed and will be filing a formal complaint against this manager for her poor performance and lack of concern for a customer whose money goes towards her job. As for the two employees who helped me, thank you so much and bless you for trying your best!

Staff was unable to find correct sale item. After 20 minutes of waiting for her return went to cashier to find out what happened and it was there. When asked why we weren't told that it was found his response was " well she called on the radio" so I responded that I don't have an employee radio so he shrugged at me. Staff need serious training here!

We drove an hour and a half to get to the Kingman, Arizona store to purchase 2 rolls of field fencing. They close at 9pm. We got there at 820pm and knew exactly what we wanted. We were told by a kid in the back that they don't sell fencing at that time of day. I asked what time they stopp and he said 830. It was 825 by this time but he "already locked up the gate". We spoke to a manager who said sorry! Cal ranch has always been my favorite place to shop but I ended up having to go to a place that sells tractor supplies to get my fencing. What terrible customer service. ?

Do not restock their large nut and bolt sizes. I have been in once or twice a week for the last 2 months, the same binsare empty.Mentioned it to 2 different cashiers and they replied, they need get to that ( Referring to someone else) and another replied. They don't even go back to that area.Not sure why they couldn't pass it on to the manager?

Management is judgmental and bias. And doesn't care for the safety of your belongings. The judge you on appearance. I am a member of the community and shop frequently at all the store in the same plaza and only cal ranch and there Management seem to look at me do to the fact I walk to work with a back back dressed in black( my work clothes and a hoody) but because I walk and have my backpack which has my chef tools I have to leave them by the door which is fine! But being told by management and supervisors " it's not our responsibility if someone walks away with your bag" . Mean while other men and women with large bags are in the check out after shopping and I can't get past the counter before being asked to leave my bag .

Mandy Hendricks, the Sporting Goods assistant manager, as well as her co-worker Steve, were very helpful when I had a question about store policies for certain types of sporting goods. They went above and beyond to find the information I was inquiring about, as well as help me with my purchase and how to use the store's rewards system properly in order to make sure I would receive my points for any purchase I make. I would highly recommend you consider this store for all of your sporting goods needs, as well as for the other items they sell, as all the employees I have encountered at this store location are always helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Prices are competitive with other similar stores, and it seems like they have sales on a regular basis. In addition, the store is easy to find and get to right off Interstate 40, and there is plenty of parking in shared lot.
