I called to get a prescription transferred from a different local pharmacy and the first woman I spoke to belittled me and told me I was being disrespectful and to "not talk to her like that" when I was just trying to spell my last name. By saying "b like Boy, A like ant" mid way not even allowing me to get through my last name I was cut off by being told "don't talk to me like that." (Not sure how me giving pronunciation of the letters of my last name is being disrespectful) And then abruptly put on hold for someone else to take my call.That staff member was so incredibly standoff ish from the jump by saying they're too busy to take my transfer request at the moment, which I fully understand... it's flu season and I can understand everyone needing meds. But the problem is, I as a fellow human being have never been disrespectful to a service worker. So I said "okay no worries do you know if I can do that on the app?" She said "I don't know" But the said "give me the name and birthday. I'll write it down on a piece of paper."Like I said, I proceeded then to do so.The second staff member who took my call after being basically belittled was a better experience but that first staff member made me never want to deal with their pharmacy department ever again.

CVS, I'm done with you! I have never been treated so poorly from a pharmacy as I have at this location. I have a life-threatening disease and have insurance, but they are too lazy to help, make a phone call or code it a different way, which would have worked btw.!!(Thanks to another local pharmacy) I would rather drive 100 miles out of my way than ever step foot in another store. Stay away from this TOXIC store. Good riddance.

I have made 4 trips to the Local CVS to get my meds and have been told each time that there is no record of me in their system. I went back to the doctor and stood there while they spoke to a pharmacy tech at CVS and watched as they faxed the script only to return to the store to be told I was still not in their system. This has led me to wonder if there is something fishy going on there. I still have no meds and am faced with an hour-long drive to see the doctor again if I can get an appointment, The pharmacy does not answer their phone. I believe someone should look into their practices since the meds I have been prescribed are a class 3 narcotic and according to them the script has disappeared. maybe I'll call the DEA.

Forgot one of my prescriptions while out on a road trip. Popped into this store hoping that they could hook me up. Boy did they exceed all my expectations. In and out in 20 minutes. Gina at the pharmacy was fantastic. Great service....what a concept.

This business simply doesn't answer its phone. Regardless of the day or time of day, they shuffle you off to the standard Twilight Zone recording whereby speaking to an associate is a figment of your imagination. This is an ongoing problem.

They've had my dad's prescription for over 2 days now. They said they have the medication on hand. He's called several times but just sits on hold never to be answered each time. Every time we drive all of the way into town to go there it's a different excuse. He really needs his heart meds. The people at the pharmacy couldn't possibly care less. I'd give these clowns zero stars if I could.

I made an appointment for a vaccination. I arrived on time. I was told they were busy and I needed to make a new appointment and "come back next week". I asked why they didn't contact me to cancel my appointment (they have a lengthy registration that includes all contact information). They said "We don't do that."

Needed two prescriptions filled on different days this week, both were complete hassles! First trip was 7 hours after it was called in by Dr. nothing ready and had to stand up for 20 min while they filled it to avoid another trip. Was in a recent accident, so standing is difficult at best! Second trip was 26 hours after call in from dr, was sure it would be ready. The lady in front of me told the lady at the counter that she received the text that her 6 prescriptions were ready, after messing around in the back for 10 min she came back to the register and told her they were about to work on them. She said that the text said they were ready for pickup, the lady at the register said, oh.. no... that means they are ready for us to start working on them??? Then told her to come back in a couple of hours and they might be ready! When I approached the window, she told me that my prescription was not ready and I was welcome to wait for it to be filled? Sorry, but it was difficult to wait last time so I walked out and still haven't picked it up. As I was leaving the parking lot I received the text telling me my prescription was ready to be picked up.. really??? Will use another business for any further prescriptions needs!!!

I have generally had good luck here but recently my insurance changed and my daughter went to pick up a prescription... when she got there they told her the meds were not covered and that she would have to pay full price or not get them. In reality all they had to do was transfer the rx to another pharmacy. Definitely do not appreciate this at all.

I have been trying for two days to renew a prescription. When I call their number I get their automated phone service. They can never locate my prescription and then claim they will forward me to a human who can help me. That NEVER happens. TWICE I waited 30 minutes and NO ONE came on the line. I am STILL without my prescription! Their service is very poor and unacceptable for a pharmacy when people rely on their prescriptions for their health and very lives!

The line is HORRIBLE...All the time. Every time! The staff is OK, but they are understaffed and when people are sick or in pain an hour wait is NOT okay.
