Please pick somewhere else for pharmacy. There’s a lot of options here in Kingman, so don’t get yourself in a position where you’re waiting an inordinate amount of time for fills. We’ve gone here a few times and have been delayed hours, and in one case, days.

I have been trying to get my pain medication filled and they will not fill it without me transferring all my medication to CVS. My Dr knows all my medication that I take and would not prescribe the pain medication if it would interfere with my other medication. CAll CVS wants is the money. They do not help the patients unless you get all of your medications from them. They are evil.

People here like to play with people's lives who have serious medical conditions. They are refusing to fill a prescription until all other prescriptions are transferred there. The other prescriptions got filled but no other pharmacy has this one medication. They are abusing the practice here and need to be shut down.

The woman working the drive thru pharmacy on Nov 27, 2023 at 5:30 pm is the most unhelpful and rude employee I’ve seen in a while. She can’t be bothered to look at an account before saying she cannot assist them in the drive thru and when I come inside she’s talking badly about all the people coming through the drive thru. If you hate your job so much, get a new one.

I called to get a prescription transferred from a different local pharmacy and the first woman I spoke to belittled me and told me I was being disrespectful and to "not talk to her like that" when I was just trying to spell my last name. By saying "b like Boy, A like ant" mid way not even allowing me to get through my last name I was cut off by being told "don't talk to me like that." (Not sure how me giving pronunciation of the letters of my last name is being disrespectful) And then abruptly put on hold for someone else to take my call. That staff member was so incredibly standoff ish from the jump by saying they're too busy to take my transfer request at the moment, which I fully understand... it's flu season and I can understand everyone needing meds. But the problem is, I as a fellow human being have never been disrespectful to a service worker. So I said "okay no worries do you know if I can do that on the app?" She said "I don't know" But the said "give me the name and birthday. I'll write it down on a piece of paper." Like I said, I proceeded then to do so. The second staff member who took my call after being basically belittled was a better experience but that first staff member made me never want to deal with their pharmacy department ever again.

Really messed up my cardio meds order. Sent it to my ex who is bad news. I had fully changed the address at the time of order. They charged the delivery fee, charged the insurance and I did not receive the required medication. I called on this days later and they offered me a release of a new order if I simply paid for all three medications out of pocket. I asked to be in contact with someone aabout this and nothing. I have been without since. My insurance will now cover again, so I am going to pick it up... Dangerous dealings.

I think the people at the pharmacy are great, what frustrates me is the way the government is creating shortages on pain medication due to people misusing it. I know the pharmacy can't control that and I appreciate them greatly... They are very nice people and good at their job. The government on the other hand? Complete failure... Making it difficult for people who use medication responsibly because of the ones that abuse it is the opposite of helpful. So a big thumbs down to our government. To CVS I say thank you for being there, I understand the pressure you're under. I have pain to deal with and that makes this a real struggle five days after I've been prescribed and I know you're trying to get the medication in there but that does nothing to alleviate my pain. Not your fault.

The Staff Is very friendly and willing to help From The Manager ( Who went out of his way to help me); to the Cashier who was very patient with helping me understand how to use my CVS card.. Thank You All. I must mention The Pharmacy,They treat you with the utmost respect & courtesy. Not like The Walgreens on 66". I watched them talk to us all like we where all stupid!!!.I believe her name was Rebecca? Something near. Very condescending!!! Maybe she was just having a bad day. But Now I prefer CVS!!!!Thank You ALL.

The associates I usually in counter most are very polite and helpful. There is a few girls in the pharmacy that just adore my Chihuahua every time I come in. Sometimes there is a line at the pharmacy so you have to wait a bit but the associates try their best to speed things up.

Tossed the coin today hoping to get my dog’s seizure medication and came up the loser.I was at the pharmacy about 5 minutes before their section opened. Posted hours show they open at 8 am.8:02 the staff walks in and still need to get ready (clock in, drawers, barcodes, etc…). I made a comment to the person next to me about them walking in late and not being ready (I grew up where you were in place and ready to go at the given time. The general manager was stocking nearby and must have heard me. He went in and got things going; even working the registers himself.I dropped off my dogs written script and was told it would be ready after lunchtime.4:30 pm I come in to pick up his prescription and wait 10 minutes in line before one of the 6 pharmacy employees finally came to the window. I was told my script was not ready yet and it would be at least 30 minutes.I was second in line to drop off my script this morning. How can it not be ready nearly 8 hours later. And if they can’t get it ready in time don’t tell me it will be ready by a certain time.

Been dealing with them over a week to get a prescription filled, they don't have enough and refuse to do a partial fill. They failed to notify me so I can get it filled elsewhere. Completely useless and uncaring.

Hardworking and helpful staff. They go above and beyond even though they always seem short staffed. If I worked there I'd be too tired and worn out to be as caring as most of their staff is. If there is a way 5o help someone they'll find it.
