I have always have friendly, helpful service, even when the store has been out of what I have needed the ladies there go out of their way to help me find an alternative. So thank you so much for all the friendly service you continue to provide.”
“This store is awesome in every thing lot to choose from in every category. Customer service is awesome all friendly people they notice you when walking in and willing to give you a helping hand... I found every thing I needed and even made some new friends in there the Sales associate gave me arecipe of hers and helped me find every thing in the recipe and checked me out quickly so I could get home.. so you know I'll shop here all the time.from now on.”
“This store has improved so much in the last year or so. Very good selection of frozen food since they replaced the old refrigerator units. Store is always clean, if somewhat cluttered sometimes with stock waiting to be put away. Staff is friendly, too.”
“FAMILY DOLLAR ON NORTHERN IN KIGMAN ARIZONA. My recent visit was a true statement towards kindness and great customer serivce. I always see JACKIE there at the cashier counter and she is very polite and helpful with every purchase. Recently Family Dollar has been offering 1 day sale items and I was going to purchase some Monster energy drinks. They rang up different from the posted sign on the cooler and JACKIE was quick to help. AMBER was initially helpful and made the transaction right by honoring the posted price. AMBER and JACKIE didnt have to do that but in a world where every dollar counts nowadays, they helped out with kindness and awesome customer service. These types of attributes are good to have in employees who take there job seriously into helping customers. Thank you ladies as always for being helpful and kind.”
“This Dollar General has stock loaded up in the aisles (as do most Dollar General stores). However, there was not as much stock blocking access to products as I have experienced in similar stores.
For some reason, they were nearly out of dairy products, like milk and fresh creamers.
The lot isn't huge, but I had no problem finding a spot for my 28' RV.”
“Fun friendly environment. Staff was very friendly and helpful, store was clean, and everyone was working hard. Only had 1 cashier and the manager came to cashier and help clear the line and she got us out really quick and apologized for the wait. Still a great value at $1.25. Great experience”
“As a former Dollar general store manager I want to give a shout out to this little store. Today I witnessed an associate by the name of Chris come to the aid of a customer. A customer had left with his purchases riding a bike. The customer crashed and dumped all of his purchases. Associate Chris ran out with fresh bags. Helped the customer up and helped the customer rebag his items. The company needs more Chris's.”
