New driver? Was getting packages dropped at the door if our gates are open, packages get left in a crate attached to the fence if gates are closed.
Now our valuable packages are getting thrown in the dirt next to our open gate.
Certainly with the great wages they're getting they can do better than this.
I can't post this to the website because of a lookup feature that pops up a map in a download file, does anyone in the company ever review website and access? Hopefully someone from the company can see this and handle it

Without fail, every single time I have something delivered by FedEx there is always an issue. 3 times I have had packages delivered to houses not even on my street. Today tracking says delivered to a pickup location and it’s not there. I called and it is still on the truck because they received it a day earlier but for some reason they couldn’t take it off the truck when they delivered other packages to this pickup location.

Definitely the way to go if you want things lost and beat to shit. Unbelievable. Missing pieces and all the pieces that did arrive are damaged, bent, and scratched.

THE Worst!!!! Do not spend one dime! You'll pay for express delivery and not get your product delivered on time. Worse, when you try and call customer service you are met with absolutely zero answers to where your items are or when they may be delivered (mind you this is after you've paid $40 on express shipping). If you file a complaint? Good luck with that, they'll tell you to go on the website where you'll be met with a constant "loop" there as well redirecting you to the same page that does not allow for you to file a complaint. I will never do business with FedEx again, furthermore, I will not do business with establishments that use FedEx to ship their items.

Most unreliable delivery service I have ever used. Order from Walmart was supposed to come in 5 packages only got 3, called FedEx they promised to deliver the rest that afternoon, 3 days later no packages.

Your driver's are some of the worse drivers on the road.. they drive with their high beams on even when you show them that you don't have yours on and then they turn them to low beams so you can see that they had them on before they pass going the opposite direction just to be jerks.. they cut you off and flip you off and they are very unsafe to be on the road.. someone needs to sit all of the drivers down and have a serious talk to the drivers about the proper way to drive and make them do a safety class.. governing the trucks just slows them down it doesn't teach them to be a safe driver.. I would like to see them improve but that is going to take a lot of effort to get your driver's straightened out..

My compliments to the delivery drivers here, they delivered 2 of 8 tires yesterday but due to a system issue it showed all were delivered, these two guys went above and beyond, they found the other 6 and delivered them to me next day, which by the way was two days early! thanks guys! this was the Turquoise rd delivery on 10/24 and 10/25 of 2023.

I was a little concerned about not getting a receipt for the item I dropped off, but as promised the shipment appeared on the online tracking & was delivered promptly.The young lady explained the process nicely & professionally.

I didn’t think it would be here by the time specified because on the store app it said it would be late. The package was for my grandsons 7th birthday and the party was at 2:00pm. It was to be delivered between 10-2. The party was 20 minutes away so I had to leave before 2:00. Then I got a notice it was delivered at 2:02. I should have ordered it earlier but FedEx came thru!!!

Received packages on 2 different days. No Knock or Doorbell & so quiet my dogs didn't even hear them leave package. How long was it on porch? Shame on FedEx !!

Terrible service once again from FedEx!! I ordered a AC unit for my elderly mother (hers stopped working)and took the day off to wait for FedEx so I could sign for the AC. FedEx driver decided to lie and say he came to our house and nobody was home!! Complete lie!! It's 110 today here in Arizona we really needed that AC. Do better FedEx!!Cameras show driver never came!
