We had to move our propane tank to a different location in order to be approved by county. It was too close to our whole house generator backup so all the solar had been reworked and the generator was moved and there was three pipes coming out of the ground. We needed one high pressure valve and two low pressures. He did all the work and hooked it up to our our on-demand water heater and came inside and checked for leaks with everything and did find a small leak on my cook stove and corrected it. Very professional estimate was spot on for the work being done. Loved this guy

Aaron Maxwell did a fantastic job with tank install, pressure testing and answering all our propane related questions. We are new to all things propane and so it was extremely helpful to have such a knowledgeable, patient professional to make sure we understood how it all worked. My story is a long one I'll give you the short version I'm not a family member or a friend of any of the employees so I'm not playing favorites. This is out of the Kingman Arizona office, I had an issue with my propane Aaron what's the tech that installed the system he did an outstanding job later we had issues with the propane he said he would take care of it and tell me what he was going to do he got it all lined up said he was going to switch out my tank which was quite the process I'm off the highway 10 Mi off grid very bad Road said he was bringing two crane trucks in one service truck two 500 gallon tanks to Evac my thousand gallon plus he was bringing a rebuilt 1000 gallon tank to replace my current one this is all just before Thanksgiving on the way the service tech that had my thousand gallon replacement tank became ill he had to take a few days off show only the service truck and one crane truck showed up they dealt with Evac is best they could it got late and dark the one man was new employee he was from quite a ways the way he had to leave a few hours before Aaron did are you hooked up my 250 gal tank so I can have propane while they switched out to 1000 gal tank they were very professional Aaron left after dark it was cold out 40° and dropping it was a difficult situation all around for everyone but they all did it with a smile later Scott shut up with my rebuilt 1000 gallon tank unloaded it set it up really good hook both my tanks up painted the 1000 gal tank while he was here with a roller brush in latex paint. Then loaded up the old thousand gallon tank on his truck and ordered do you have my 800 gal that was in the old tank that was Evac do you have a freshly replaced with fresh propane, Cassie she is delivery brought out my 800 gallons a week later right after Thanksgiving she been here one time before woke me up out of a dead sleep I was grumpy if anybody was an asshole she was very professional and a sweetheart even though I yelled at her for really no reason other than the fact that she woke me up I had to unlock the gate to let them in otherwise she had to come in through a pretty rough way to my property living off grid out here is rough no matter how you slice it. She was sweet nice and very professional runs a tight ship, everyone at Ferrel propane including Michelle at the front desk we're all professional they took care of the issue just like Aaron said who's going to happen everything happened just like he said it would he took care of it and I couldn't be happier it was a hard task to pull off I was not charged they took care of my issue. I cannot say enough about their good service they worked as a team. Thanks again everyone look forward to doing business with you in the future. Don Hankins

We had a leak with our propane tank about 3 weeks ago and Aaron Maxwell was the tech who came out to handle it. He took care of the issue temporarily but said the tank would have to be replaced at a later date since it was recently filled. His knowledge was excellent and he was very efficient in taking care of the issue. Aaron came out agin to swap the tank on the day before Thanksgiving but due to another issue would not be available to fill it until the next day which was Thanksgiving. Aaron came out again on Thanksgiving to fill the tank so we would have enough gas for all the food we were cooking that day. Again, Aaron was very timely and efficient in resolving things and we truly appreciate him coming out on Thanksgiving. You have a GREAT employee with such a positive attitude and the desire to take care of the customers needs which is very hard to find today. Thanks again to Aaron for making Thanksgiving a very successful day!! His service was excellent!!

Cassy is very personable, and wonderful at Custer service. Very through in her job. I'm delighted when she makes a delivery and says hello. Also Michele in the office is always a delight as well. Always has a smile on her face. And always helpful. Always has special consideration for long term clients. Very trustworthy. Michele always drops what she's doing and helps her customers.
