“This is a nice local museum full of Route 66 history and vintage photographs and displays. I think if you are a bit older, this has much more meaning for you. The layout allowed you as much time as you wanted to read through and see the challenges of the earlier travelers and the impact that Interstate 40 had on the businesses along the route. At the end of this floor was a movie that interviewed old timers along the Route 66 route in Arizona and how their lives were changed when the Mother Road gave way to Interstate progress. The other floor has a museum of various electric vehicles from a converted electric Porsche 911 to a rare Tesla sports car. This was a nice break during our travels. In the same building is the Visitors Center and a couple of gift shops.”

“It was closed when we arrived, it's a great place to stop, stretch your legs and take in the art pieces found on its property. Some free advice: When Google Maps recommends the "shortcut" Route 149 Antares Rd, I would consider avoiding it unless your vehicle can handle a dirt road in the middle of nowhere for 30 or so miles. No judgement, just saying.”

“Such a charming store. There's a little something for everyone. You can smell it from the sidewalk, it's very inviting. I had fun picking out a custom scent for my boyfriend's beard oil. And I can't wait to try my seasonal pumpkin bath scrub. This is a place I always have to stop at when I visit my mom in Kingman.”
