We only used the hotel for one night. The rooms were modernly furnished.
Unfortunately, due to its direct location to the motorway, it is relatively loud at night. Every now and then a train passes there at night, which is also very loud.
The lady at the reception could be a little nicer. Unfortunately, you didn't feel welcome at all.
The breakfast itself would have been okay if you had “got” something else… unfortunately, shortly after 8 a.m., a lot of things were no longer available. Unfortunately nothing was refilled and therefore the breakfast was very sparse…
Rooms: Modernly furnished. Big and clean.
Unfortunately a bit restless at night due to the proximity to the motorway.
Nearby activities: There isn't really. Hotel is more for transit.
Food and drinks: Unfortunately breakfast wasn't according to our expectations. It would be nice if you still had a choice of food at 8 a.m. Breakfast actually lasts until 9 a.m.…

Appears to be fairly new hotel. Roo.s are decent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Reese was really cool helping me with good places to eat

I stayed at this Home2 Suites on Aug 8 for an evening. Our room was disgusting. Upon just opening the door, a horrible odor came out of the room. After entering, we immediately went back to the front desk to get a different room. Naturally the hotel was sold out with no other rooms available ?. So we were stuck staying in the disgusting room. The only thing the hotel was willing to do was give us a spray to hopefully help the situation. It did not help at all.
It was clear the smell was a result of pets being in the room. If a hotel is going to allow pets, you need to modify your cleaning approach to account for this. We will certainly not be coming back to this hotel again.
Note I attempted to contact the hotel management on multiple occasions to see if they would attempt to make the situation right and they couldn’t be bothered to respond.
Unless you like intense, dirty animal smells, I would avoid this hotel.

Arrived and discovered extreme charges per pet 75 dollars each when it’s usually just one charge and we had a smelly - carpet stained room- there was food and dirty eating utensils buried in the sofa.we switched rooms after unpacking and the next room was OK but has stained carpets- this is a hotel for someone who arrives late and leaves early- and cant see the stains and dirt-

Do NOT stay here if you have a dog! We have two dogs and this hotel charges an unbelievable fee of $75 PER DOG (total for us $150)! In addition to that, there is literally nowhere to walk the dogs that is not pavement or gravel in 100 degree heat. The first room we were given actually smelled of dog and had used kitchen utensils under the cushions of the sleeper sofa. The second room was cleaner but the carpet had terrible stains. Property is a little worse for the wear and not a good value at $424 for one nights stay.

We had a great stay! We stayed for one night after driving for 13+ hours on our way home to Texas and arrived late that night. They were awesome about getting us promptly to our room, which we appreciated. They had friendly staff that offered exceptional customer service. The staff was phenomenal, and they were super friendly and helpful.
The room was spacious and super clean, just spotless, the king bed was extremely comfortable along with the pillows, and it was very quiet. We loved the super clean bathroom as well! The room and stay were wonderful.
I highly recommend. We loved it!

I am a Hilton diamond member, been using their facilities for many many years. Driving on a long drive from LA and stopped here to use the restroom. Was immediately confronted by an older gentleman whom I presume was the manager who stated to me that restrooms were not usable to the public without checking in. He the. Asked me why I did not stop at the 5 restrooms along the way, perhaps it’s because I’ve never been to king man sir and do not know the area.
I wouldn’t write a review because I understand this request probably happens often and the staff shouldn’t be forced to constantly maintain a restroom if people are not staying, however when you work at a hospitality facility and people are not very hospitable, it kind of makes me question why someone would maintain that job.
Being a Hilton customer for years and then being treated like that upon an entry of facility was a little offputting.

The washers were broken during our stay, they had no idea when they'd be repaired. Kind of disappointed, the laundry facilities are one of our primary reasons for staying at these chains.

No one knows how to answer the damn phone.... called 4 different times in a 30 min time frame..... smh
