“Nice place to eat with a huge window where there are deer, elk, foxes, and other wildlife that regularly join you for lunch. Food is delicious. Little pricey, but location and atmosphere is great!”

“This is an older style motel, but the owners certainly show pride of ownership. Appears to have been recently updated. The owners live on site and are extremely accommodating. My only complaint is there was no hair dryer and it needed more bathroom towel hooks. We had a very pleasurable stay.Rooms: Basic but cleanNearby activities: Lots of local flairWalkability: Good areaFood & drinks: Close to old town KingmanNoteworthy details: Motel owners were great”

“This is where you want to stay! Whether staying a while or just passing through. When searching online for a reasonably priced hotel, I am as much concerned about cleanliness and safety as I am about pricing. And I'm very concerned about how much I spend! This is one of the nicest, clean, quiet places we've stayed as we journey back and forth between California and Texas. And oh by the way, the breakfast is just what you would hope it would be. Lots of options, clean and nice attendant. I'm picky. And I highly recommend this place. 'Nuff said?Rooms: Large room with nice sized kitchenette space. Large well appointed bathroom. Looks brand new!!! Quiet!!!Walkability: Lots of walkable eating places.Noteworthy details: Thank you Skylar and Sherlene. Also the breakfast attendant!!! Sorry I didn't ask your name.”

“This was our first time staying at this hotel and we were thrilled with how friendly the staff were, delighted by the lovely breakfast and the rooms were great. However, we stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never showed up while we were there. We had put our used towels on the floor and put food in the trash, so when we came in very late that second night we were taken back. We took our own trash out, refilled our own coffee supplies and were unable to take a shower as we had no towels. When we checked out I was very nice and asked that a member of management contact me regarding the housekeeping issue and no one ever did. Our son just bought a house near this hotel and we were hoping that it would be the place we would stay whenever we visited Kingman but, we will not stay again. I don’t feel that I should pay full price for a hotel room and have to do my own housekeeping. And it is apparent that management is not interested in talking to their guests.”

“The staff is very friendly and the rooms are reasonably priced. The staff is really great and very understanding. It's an old building, but they are doing the best with what they have. Very good experience. Some of the guests are questionable, but that's hardly the owners fault.”

“My wife and I were driving back from Vegas and decided to crash for the night in Kingman. I booked a room at the Arizona Inn at the last minute, and was super-happy with the experience. The room is clean, well appointed (it had a fridge and microwave, more than the Luxor did :) The desk clerk was friendly and we had a very restful night. Would definitely stay there again!”

“The room was large and clean. It's a long-term stay motel. There is a large parking lot and there is no problem with safety. There is a supermarket nearby, so shopping there is also convenient. Breakfast was also delicious.”

“Hotel located in the town of Kingman. The rooms are spacious, with queen size beds, microwave and refrigerator. They have a bathroom and bathtub. In addition, the bathroom has a coffee maker, hairdryer and bathroom amenities.Includes buffet breakfast. On our visit, there were quite a few customers and some of the food and bread trays were empty. They took a long time to replenish and did not replenish much. This made us spend more time having breakfast. They have a little bit of everything, bacon, eggs, potatoes, toast, beagle, yogurt, cereal, etc.It has its own parking. In general it is a comfortable hotel.Rooms: Spacious with Queen size beds. Microwave and refrigerator.Bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer.Nearby activities: The town of Kingman itself and other Route 66 attractions.Food & drinks: Buffet breakfast with bacon, eggs, potatoes, toast, beagle, yogurt, cereal, etc.”

“Excellent stay, great hospitality, awesome owners with an adorable rescue dog. Great location right off Route 66, walking distance to Walgreens and a steakhouse & bar. We stayed in the former Elvis room (now the road trip room), which was renovated recently on a reality tv show. The design of the room was pretty chic and cool but pretty different from the other rooms around (the show only did 2 rooms). It was clean and decently maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The important thing though is the owners are just such nice people. I had a call that was pretty pivotal to my career, and since Wi-Fi was not ideal in our room they let me use the hotel lobby for two hours so I don't miss my big career moment!! So much gratitude for their flexibility and kindness. Overall, such a unique stay with interesting history. You must check this out if you're on Route 66!”

“Showed up around 7 pm, ringed the bell about 10 times over a period of fifteen minutes, nobody came to the desk, was about to leave until I finally called and the manager answered then finally got checked in.The room itself was clean and a bit dated but I had a good sleep and no bedbugs so that was nice. The tv needs replacing though.”

“Making this review this for fellow solo female travelers- I was extremely hesitant staying here for safety purposes but am glad I did instead of having to pay twice as much for a hotel that pretty much offers the same interiors. (I actually found the bedsheets here more comfortable & warm than the ‘nicer hotels’ I’ve stayed at!) I checked in late at night at 10pm and the lady working the front desk at the time was so sweet. I stupidly managed to lock myself out at 11pm when I went to get things from my car and she helped me get back into my hotel room, no judgement or hint of annoyance about having to do this so late at night. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable, no smell like others had complained about. I was on the second floor and could not hear anything from my neighbors and the blackout curtains were effective. It seems like this motel really is just a place for travelers to come crash for the night because it was so darn quiet when I was walking about & checking in from 10-11pm.Now if you are a solo traveler I don’t recommend checking in as late as I did as the parking lot does fill up and you may have to end up park far & walk some ways to your hotel room -which is always a little scary regardless of where you are & there were a few unhoused people milling about just beyond the premises of the property. (Since I checked in so late too I ended up having to pay $20 extra for a double room as all the solo rooms were taken.) But I would recommend that no matter where you stay and to no fault of this establishment.Hope this review helps!Rooms: The interior of the room was great.”

“I have stayed here 3x in past 12 mo. Staff is great, rooms are clean, they gave me awsome dinner recomendations. It is more a motel, meaning you can park in front of your room ?Noteworthy details: It is route 66, vintage”

“Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff who made good recommendations for dining options. Breakfast sausage and potatoes were undercooked. 2 helicopters flying into hospital across the street in the middle of the night and road traffic disrupted sleep.”

“Room was a disaster! It had broken tiles, exterior door wouldn't lock, toilet not completely bolted to floor, cigarette burns on everything after we asked for a non smoking room and the towels had clearly not been washed. Gross!”
