Hualapai Gas N Grub is a convenient spot with a popular drive-thru, though it closes somewhat early. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who often go out of their way to assist. However, there are occasional issues with staff knowledge, such as one employee's incorrect claim that certain alcohol products like wine coolers and hard lemonade are not stocked, which can be frustrating. Despite this, the business is generally appreciated by loyal customers who visit multiple times a week. Some concerns about local issues like homeless people are noted, but the staff are praised for their attitude. Overall, Hualapai Gas N Grub is a well-liked place known for good customer service, though improvements in staff training could enhance the experience.

I stop by there 3/4 times a week on the way to work. Staff is always nice and helpful. I know other people have had issues with the homeless people but that’s not the gas stations who causes that issue. It’s the homeless people. I appreciate the the staff.
