“Wells Fargo rocks! Seriously. I have banked with Wells Fargo for YEARS. (I opened my account at the Headquarters on Montgomery Street in San Francisco and have been to numerous locations. Always excellent service).Just now I realized I had no cash, so I was going to use the ATM at this location, but for a moment I couldn't remember my password, so I went to a teller. Her name is Tessa, and like so many other Wells Fargo employees I have encountered over the years, she is amazing! I got the cash I needed. I also got a tip about the newer ATMs that I didn't know. I also saw another example of great customer serviceI don't have a lot of money. I don't go into the bank very often. It is comforting though to know that Wells Fargo is taking good care of me!”
