Kingman's Route 66 Swapmeet is a fun family event held every weekend, featuring hard-working local vendors trying to earn a living. It is a friendly and organized set up where visitors can always find something they need and don't need. There is quite the variety of items inside and out, both new and used. If you need anything, someone probably has it. Vendors are polite and enjoyable to speak with, and the atmosphere is very fun. Some vendors sell unique equipment and materials, along with other cool stuff, often for very good prices. The swap meet includes a nice temporary indoor area, and visitors can stop by for a look and a cold drink. While generally positive, some note that the market could purge out the crap sitting around some booths. It is described as worth a visit, where one can make a good return as a vendor or simply enjoy the experience.
On Petrified Forest National Park, one wood fossil cost $100+, but here, one only cost $5. (I assume it is real)
