Well, I've only come to this place.Twice in the first time they were rude and didn't take all my blood and the second time.They're just way too busy.They need more help or something.I won't be going back.I'd rather just die

I am writing this to be informative so no one makes the same mistake I do, without a physical card they will not accept insurance I waited for 30 minutes for them to tell me they don't accept the insurance numbers and require a card to be billed, so if your looking to set up an appointment with them keep this in mind!

HORRIBLE!! The receptionist was BEYOND rude (went in the day before test was told i needed to come back because I had a mint!) , and after a month my doctor still had not received results of my test(mind you, her office is next door) yet no problem sending me a bill. ZERO patient service by office staff. Medical staff was very professional and nice.

NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THE KINGMAN LOCATION AND IF YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK :-(

I'm not impressed with their lack of customer service. They definitely had no time to assist me, so I have no time to give them my business. I took the Labcorp form to KRMC, and they contacted the ordering physician, and a new order was faxed to KRMC. Guess Labcorp doesn't need my business or want my money.

I scheduled an appointment at 11 on a Tuesday but after realizing I needed to fast I called in when they opened to see if I could move it earlier. The initial automated response said no appointment needed so I didn't wait for anyone to pick up and just drove over instead.I checked in and waited for about 10-15 mins. Once it was my turn, they got me in and out in like 5 minutes. Phlebotomist was efficient and poked the right spot, no complaints here.

If you value your privacy, this is not the place to go at all!! Had to have a lot of blood drown, some of the tests were definitely sensitive to me and laid my paperwork out on the desk for any who came up next to me for check in to see, she then told anted to ask me questions about the blood tests they could t do for me loudly! Absolutely disrespectful

Very nice staff. Easy check in process where you can check in electronically using your i.d. Walk-ins excepted. First thing in the morning is usually a busy time but the wait isn't too bad. They accept cars and cash as well as insurance.

I got to the lab about 7:50am, was greeted with a hello from gal at desk, signed in & was taken in ASAP, there was no one else in there. Shannon drew my blood in a flash! In fact, the other gals have drawn my blood in the past & they were always to quick w/ just one poke. I have no negative issues w/ LabCorp :)

EXTREMELY rude staff. I came less than 20 minutes after 2, but they apparently stop taking UA's at 2, even though they close at 3. In fact, doing more research they only take UA's between 9 am and 2 pm, giving you only 5 hours in the day where you can go take your test. This causes LOADS of problems for people who WORK NIGHT SHIFT. Last I knew, most jobs work 9hours, one of those being a lunch break. So, for one of your largest covered services, you only allow 5 hours for it to be done? Lab corp is the worst to use and if there was anything else in this tiny podunk town, lab corp wouldn't even be in business.By the way, the guy who was just there moments before me was getting a complete drug test including a UA, and he used a poor excuse of "My wife says there's a snake in the bed", at 2:25 pm in the day, and that was his excuse not to do the UA, but I signed in and was waiting and suddenly, you can't do a UA? STAFF IN KINGMAN ARE LAZY AND RUDE. Period.
