We stopped for gas and noticed the jack on our Horse Trailer was leaking fluid. We stopped by the mechanic area of this Love and Jason was incredible and helping us stop the leak and getting all cleaned up and under 10 minutes! He was a lifesaver! Highly recommend!

Bathrooms were clean, but this rest stop was pretty crowded on a weekday at 1pm. The parking lot was full and so were all the pumps.

I stop here on my way to and from Vegas. Convenient location. It has everything I need for road trips. Friendly staff.

Pat was working the front desk and seemed a little upset, when my husband greeted her, she said her help decided not to show up and she had been there since 3am. She was so friendly but you can tell she was tired but she kept a smile on her face even when other customers were rude. Ma. pat, thank you for being kind, for working longer that you planned, and for being willing to keep your store running past your obligation. Loves… please reward her in some way, she’s loyal to your company and deserves to be treated wirh reward and respect.

I’m standing at the counter 🙈🦉— in front of me is a glamorous lady with curly hair. I’m buying a simple bottle of water and take a cup to pour it in. And what happens? This lady, with a perfectly straight face, charges me $0.50 for an empty plastic cup with a straw. Seriously? Half a dollar for air?
Shameful? Apparently not.
We, truck drivers, stop at Love’s every week and spend thousands of dollars on diesel. And I naïvely thought that at least an empty cup of water could be offered to a driver — as a small token of appreciation. But no, not here.
There they sit, stern cashiers with no smile, as if we owe them something. Education seems stuck at high-school level, when in fact people need university at least to learn the basics of human interaction — to understand how sometimes a simple smile or gesture can mean more than money.
Sadly, many people never open a book in their lives, never learn even the basics of kindness. That’s why you see this kind of petty greed: instead of handing over a cup, they see it as a chance to squeeze another fifty cents. Perhaps with the new tariffs on imports from China, every plastic cup now costs them a fortune.
A shame, really. But the fact remains: the level of service is below the basement.

The women's bathroom was dirty, small, and HOT, there was no AC in there. The whole store is small and very busy when I stopped.

Best fuel prices around. Right before getting to Kingman, easy pull off for gas and diesel. Lots of snacks and grub. clean place to use the restroom. highly recommend.

Over the years traveling, both in car and our motorhome we always used Loves. The last few years I've noticed a change. They are crowded, the newer stores are hard to get in and out of. We stopped here on our way the LA. It was almost impossible to get to a pump. People leaving vehicles at the pump while they eat. Took 20 minutes to get 15 gallons of gas. Went inside, no water, restaurant shut down, no bathrooms, at check out could not get receipt, out of paper and too busy. This seems to be the case at most of the Loves we stop at lately, always too crowded, hard to get in and out of parking lot, too long to get fuel etc..... we have started using pilot, flying j and the new Mavericks are nice.
