This was my best oil and grease service experience for my truck and trailer in the past 5 years. The guys got everything done in 40 minutes, showed me every point, and torqued the bolts properly with a torque wrench. 10 out of 5 — thank you!

It’s used to be good location but not anymore… workers are crying and telling me it’s gonna be more than 2hr waiting time and we don’t know…blaaa blaaa bla…They don’t tell me we will take care of it..no worries..just lazy people.

I went to Speedco for a routine engine filter change, but the service was completely unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish. They failed to properly tighten the engine filter, which led to an oil leak — a careless mistake that could have caused serious engine damage if I hadn’t caught it in time.
When I wanted to get it fixed, the situation only got worse. The Speedco technician who was supposed to address the issue went to the wrong location. Instead of correcting their mistake directly, Speedco called in a favor from Love’s to handle the repair. I was then stuck waiting for over 3 hours, being bounced back and forth between Speedco and Love’s, with no one taking real responsibility for the error.
This kind of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Not only did they waste my time, but they put my vehicle at risk. I won’t be back, and I don’t recommend anyone trust them with their vehicle.

Every time you call this place, they’ll tell you they close at 10 PM, they take their last track at 9:15 but you have to call at 8:30 and if there’s trucks then they can’t take you
So realistically, they close at 8 PM and advertise they close at 10 PM
I think they have some type of lever in their hands and they adjust their closing times on their own but advertise at 10 PM closing time .
What a joke.
