“My husband and I went looking for living room furniture and stopped in at Arizona Furniture in Kingman. We were nicely greeted by Melody and we explained we were looking for probably a sectional, but had to have recline options. The one just inside the door I fell in love with. She showed us its features and then said to look around and she’d be available to answer questions. We probably looked at everything. When we had questions, we found her to be very knowledgeable about their products. We not only ended up buying the sectional, but because of the great customer service, we bought the coffee table, end tables and a rug. I should mention she did tell us we should look around to see what’s out there. We did and we came back to her. No high pressure sales. Delivery was earlier than promised and we love our new living room setup. Thank you Melody!!!”
