As far as my actual cell quality through Metro is fine. The service at the Kingman store USED to be great. I bought a new phone at another location and had a hard time switching it over. I called the 800 number for Metro, and they told me it would be much easier to go in to my local store and they would be glad to help. So I went. Huge mistake! The friendly employees that have always welcomed me there in the past were just that, a thing of the past. I told the employee my issue, and she asked if maybe she could take a look at it and maybe get my issue resolved. 10 seconds later she said, ok that will be $27. I was thinking she was kidding but she really wasn't. I went ahead and paid it. There was no discussion that I would be charged for something I was told to go in there and do, there was stone faces when I commented, shouldn't you have told me this was going to cost me as you casually asked to take a look at it? Her blank stare was more than disappointing, and when I asked for their managers name she quickly said, we don't give out his name. I then said, could you give me the number to your district office and immediately they (both employees) stated that they're a franchise so there would be no way of speaking to anyone. I have since changed providers because that's how much I value this company now. Two employees had to ruin it. If you can avoid having to go in the local Metro, I would strongly advise it.

Been with Metro for a long time and never had an issue till I moved to Kingman I'm currently paying for phones and Internet but can barely make a call and my Internet does not work would urge people to not use t mobile here it does not work going to switch to Verizon soon it's much better!!!

I couldn't have expected any better service than I received from the staff at Kingman Metro Pcs..I purchased a new phone from them and it was activated and ready to go within a half hour...The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.
